thoughts on drip shield?

So i just recently picked up a dripshield. I love it for a couple reasons. 1) im new to vaping and from what i understand its supped to help with drip leakage. Ive had no leeks so far! 2) IMO it adds a good aesthetic look if nothing else.

What are everyones thoughts on dripshields?

It can tighten a loose draw or make it get tighter It's pretty but not especially effective and it might be hard to get on and off. I got one on finally and almost ruined the atty getting off.
I like one of three I got. Stainless steel. The other one doesn't match right color wise and the other one than that is hard to fit.miwould say they are a bother but one good one in match anything color that fits and and doesn't tighten the draw too much is nice to have around for that Got it together Total look. I'd rather dress things up with a drip tip and drip more carefully. If your mod has a well then I wouldn't bother or carry a bandana with you when your not focussing well to drip

Drip shields are probably most effective in wood mods, like ePipe, to prevent juice from ruining the wood.
