Thoughts on the Elegant

Received my Elegant mini kit on Tuesday and wanted to share some initial thoughts.

First off, I'm a KR808D user. My first kit was the Cigeasy 902 Easy Max Manual. It's served me well for the last 45 days and I've completely kicked the analogs.

My only complaint would be the battery life of the regular sized battery. Until a few weeks ago a pair of charged batteries would last me a day and a half. As the battery life declined I found myself going through 3 charged batteries or more in a day.

I was getting ready to order a Riva/Ego/Tornado/etc. when Frank put the Elegant on his website. Just in time I love my 808 cartomizers and really didn't want to switch to a 3 piece.

So, I charged up my Elegant and was pleasantly surprised when it lasted a day and a half before I needed to recharge. I've only had to recharge it 3 times in the last 5 days. And it charges fast. Much faster than my regular 902 (808) Cigeasy batteries.

It performs just as well as Cigeasy's 902 (808) regular batteries in terms of vaping experience; plenty of throat hit, vapor, and flavor.

The only complaint I have is rather petty, and that's the color options. I really like my silver Cigeasy battery. I'm not a big fan of gold or black with gold. A silver or brushed silver finish would be awesome.

Overall I would give the Elegant an 8.5/10. A 9.5/10 if it came in a silver/brushed silver finish and a 10/10 if the batteries were replaceable.

So, Frank, any plans for additional colors or replaceable batteries? A high voltage version?

I've also been wondering about replaceable batteries.

While I'm loving my elegant after two days, (and I love the gold )I do worry about what would happen if the batteries crap out after the 30 day warranty...buy another whole kit? Not something I'd want to do.

I really hope extra single batteries will be available soon...?

Customs has about 100 Kits, the Extra batteries, Cones and Chargers on Hold in Alaska. Its been 3 weeks and still no clear answer on what will happen.

The NEW PLAN!
I will start to offer the batteries I am pulling to make the Mini Kits sometime next week. But that will only help the folks who already have a Kit and want an extra, since none of the KR8 chargers will work.

New Colors are on the Way and will be here Next Month!

A 5 Volt Elegant is possible! It might match up well with the NEW ENB Cartomizers that are on there way!

Customs has about 100 Kits, the Extra batteries, Cones and Chargers on Hold in Alaska. Its been 3 weeks and still no clear answer on what will happen.

The NEW PLAN!
I will start to offer the batteries I am pulling to make the Mini Kits sometime next week. But that will only help the folks who already have a Kit and want an extra, since none of the KR8 chargers will work.

New Colors are on the Way and will be here Next Month!

A 5 Volt Elegant is possible! It might match up well with the NEW ENB Cartomizers that are on there way!

Sorry to hear about customs That is a drag.

Great to hear about new colors. It's funny... I don't really think of myself as picky when it comes to things like colors. Usually it's 'if it works, who cares'. But for some reason gold is just too gaudy for this kid.

Encouraging to hear about 5v... and... what the heck is a NEW ENB Cartomizer??

Absolutely love Cigeasy... slowly but surely saving me money and years of health. I couldn't have kicked analogs without my Cigeasy 902.

Please make that happen! I've been waiting for someone to make one of these since I first heard about the ego/riva/elegant whatever you want to call it! It's the only thing holding me back from purchasing one...If it's gonna be that size, it better be 5 volts. There's no reason one of these can't push out 5 volts.

I bought the Easy Elegant on the 28th of June, and was so very impressed with the vapor, throat hit and taste.
However, when I went to try the second battery, for whatever reason, the cartos were not making connection with the battery.
Called Frank and he graciously sent me a replacement battery and I received it two days after I spoke with him. Now, that was fast!! He, in Ca., and me in Fl!!!

Couldn't ask for more as far as treating his customers right.

Great news about offering the batteries and I'm intrigued about the 5volt possibility...when might that happen?

And I have to ask, too...what are the "new ENB Cartomizers?"

I got mine last week. I have only ever used KR's. This thing rocks. I already ordered another single kit because i want 2 charger. I have tons of carts and juice. Thanks for such a great product.

Why not buy some empty cartos and fill them? It will give you great flexibility in terms of both flavor and nic strength...can be expensive,until you find your favorites, but also very satisfying! (not to mention, fun!)


OOps...I see you have "tons of carts and juice"...do you just like prefilled cartos best?

Any news on your stuff on hold in Alaska? If not, that really stinks.

Also, are you still planning to offer single, extra batteries? I should have ordered the dual kit from the start, but wanted to make sure I liked it... Now that I know I do, it would be great to have a second battery to keep charged.

I started looking around the forum today to see if anything else caught my interest and thought I definitely wanted to go with the 808 wetbox. BUT THEN tonight I read a post from a CigEasy customer who raved about pricing, fast shipping and getting everything you need from one source. That's when I started looking more into CigEasy...and came across the Elegant. It sounds absolutely perfect for me!!!! A KR8 that will hold a lot longer charge...prayers can get answered from time to time. LOL

I think you have a new customer here, Frank...just waiting to see what other colors will be available. I'll keep checking back 'til they are available and thank you in advance!!!

Well i posted earlier on how much I loved the Elegant. Actually I still do but damn after 3 weeks a switch goes on one of them. I bought a dual kit and a single kit. Well I have emailed Cigeasy 4 or 5 times. Was told to pop it in the mail and he would send another one. So i hold up my part of the bargain and mail it off so now i am down 1 battery. Still have not received the new battery and have emailed 2 more times. No response at all. I am quite sad because i love this product so much but he cannot even respond to an email and never let me know if he sent the new battery how can i continue to buy from him. Too bad he has a great product and kind of not so good service. I told him I would never give a bad review but i feel totally screwed.

Sorry I had to do it. Don't like being taken advantage of.
