Thread not aligned on Reo Grand

Hello all

Just got a Reo Grand to replace my old Vmod XL. Wonderful piece of equipment.
Today I realized that the rba (a reomizer 4) doesn't sit straight on the REO. First, I thought it was the reomizer, but then I tried with another atty with same results.
I think the thread on the top of the REO is not aligned properly, making all attys tilt a little.

Do you think I got a faulty one or is this normal? Should I contact Robert?

Mines the same way, slightly tilted. It's been no problem, I'm not a picky guy. It vapes so well that I don't really care if it's a bit tilted.

It is rock solid by the way. No wiggle or play in the connector.

We can replace it but its not that bad I dont think it would bother me . If it does eat at you send it in I can replace the 510 connection

Hmm, my RM4 screws down flush on my LP Grands. All of my BF RDAs do actually come to think of it.

What do you mean with flush? No visible gap between the Grand and the RM4? or just straight with a slight gap like mine?

If you throw an oring in the catch cup groove it will take up that space and as a bonus it will support the atty in case of any accidental drops.

looks good to me. I wouldnt worry about it.. Stick an oring under the atty.

He's talking about the 510 being a tad crooked, like this here on mine. It's not very noticeable on mine and I don't care, but I can see how some people would be bothered by it.

This 510 is the same, although you can't notice it with the Odin. Only see it with a cyclone or rm2 on it, but it does not bother me, as it works perfectly

What do you mean? When you use the RM2 there's a gap left like mine right?

No visible gap, but the atty sits at an angle. Toss a big ol O ring in there and you'll be ready to rock.
