Tried one of their sampler packages and for whatever reason did not care for the tobacco. Found out about the guarantee and wrote to Jennifer about the tobacco flavor and low and behold she is sending me 3 replacements of other flavors.
This is the best interaction I have had with ANY supplier over the last year and a half by far.
I don't know how you could find better customer service than this. If you haven't given them a try go for it and be sure you are in good hands.
