Three Dukes Vapor Online Store is Closing.
We are sad to say that Three Dukes Vapor has made the decision to close its online store at the end of September. Texas Legislation SB97 goes into effect on October 1st, 2015, and the legislation imposes cost prohibitive requirements on Texas based, vape related e-commerce sites.
While we deeply considered a course of action that would allow the store to remain open, we ultimately felt that the needed pricing scheme necessary for complying with SB97's multitude of age verification requirements would be unfair to our customers. Therefore, it is our feeling that it would be in the best interest of Three Dukes Vapor customers to redirect you to sites other than our own.
