RDA Three post screw questions

(1)Any body know just how many different sizes are used thruout the makers?

(2)Is there a sizer that can be purchased to check the sizes I have. I would like to get some extras, and good ones that won't clip the wires when tightening them down.

(3)Where to get good screws?

In addition to the three metric screws in the FDV pack, you might need some in 4-40.

I grabbed a bunch of different size screws from here: Albany County Fasteners | Official Store | Stainless Steel, Silicon Bronze and Brass Fasteners

The typical rda screw sizes are M2, M2.5, and M3.

McMaster-Carr is a great supplier.

Here's something I just figured out for rda spare parts. The O-rings are also standard. They all have a 1 mm cord then the diameters vary by 1 mm. If you have an rda barrel that is too tight on the deck go to a smaller diameter o-ring, The extra stretch will reduce the effective diameter. If the Barrel is too loose try a mm larger.

The standard sizes are available from fasttech in quantities. A bag of 20-50 in one size are less than a dollar. A $10-15 order would probably cover most sizes and last for years.
