RDA Sizing Screws

To get it out of the way: I have a few screws loose.

Ok. Now that it's out of the way (and yous all have had your laugh), I have 2 screws that continually loosen on my Igo-W+. No matter how much I tighten them down, they still loosen up almost right away when I go to fire the coil. The center post is fine. I tried swapping out with the extra screw - didn't work. So, how exactly do I go about sizing the screw to find a new one? And what should I be looking for when I go to the store? I did up the kanthal to 26g 8 wraps for ~1Ohm, so it doesn't cut my wire anymore, but it won't stay tight. I don't have the problem with my other 2 rda's (the Magma and Hobo). Suggestions?

I have a local ma and pa shop that specializes in this kind of thing.... but when they are not open, I hit up Fastenal.

See if there is one in your area, they'll hook you up.

If I remember correctly, convention goes width x length (ie m2x4 would be 2 mm wide [discoutning the threading] x 4 mm long [from where the threading starts, discounting the head]) So I'd guess that the diameter of the holes would be the screw width you'd want. (If I'm remembering correctly)

As above poster said, probably easier to bring the thing in to a hardware store and go crazy.

I second going to a hardware store, not Lowe's or Home Depot, I find the smaller "ma & pop" type ones to have a better selection and really help you find what your looking for!

I was going through a box the other day and found some H.O. scale model train stuff, small screws and what not. I say try a hobby shop, most of all they sell uses tiny screws here and there.

Calipers are the best way to size screws or screw holes...
