I just received my lastest order from FSUSA and would like to ask 3 questions. This is in no way a complaint because FSUSA is one of only two places I will buy juice.

1. Why are the 60ml bottles of juice not full? Is this for steeping, are they filled by volume and the bottles actually hold more than 60 ml. Like I said no complaint it just looks weird to see the bottles only 3/4 full.

2.The Genuine Joye 510 carto's I received this time are different than the last 4 boxes. The air draw hole is just a tiny little hole on one side where the last 4 boxes of these carto's have a large D shaped air draw hole. I just loaded one up and don't see any difference in performance, but was just wondering why the change.

3. Why does my RY4 taste so much better using my 510 with mega battery than it does when using my Riva? I use the same carto but the taste is so much more intense on the 510 than on the Riva.

Thanks to everyone at FSUSA for the wonderful service, you guys keep up the good work.

Happy New Year.

1. Yes, those bottles will technically hold about 70ml. 3/4 sounds a bit low though. Could there have been some leakage during shipping?

2. See my post here, and the ensuing discussion. There has apparently been a revision to the Joye cartos recently. This isn't surprising, as they're a relatively new model.

3. Small differences in voltage can equal drastically different flavor production. It's possible the RY4 likes the lower voltage pumped out of the mega. Are they both fully charged?

I noticed the last two 120mL bottles of Caramel I received were not full, like they were before. But I had recently discovered that FSUSA's 120mL bottles actually hold about 135mL when full. So I figured they were just starting to give us the amount we ordered, instead of more than we ordered (as in, a way to cut costs...which is good from an accounting point of view).
