All over the place
What mg nic level are you using? I definitely love throat hit and subsequently the brain hit, but, the nic in ejuice is going to be absorbed quite differently. It is strange to me, because I could smoke all day and never get the speedy kind of nic sick like when I vaped 18mg or higher uncontrollably. It hasn't happened since I went below 18mg and learned my vaping tempo. But, as far as the "nicotine sensation" you refer to, I think you may be out of luck. vaping, while being a relatively relaxing act, does not exactly calm my nerves like smoking a cigarette. As a matter of fact, I don't vape if I get anxious, it tends to exascerbate that feeling. Forgive my ramblings I just wanted to respond.

p.s. I don't know if you quit and never looked back, but I have smoked a cigarette this year and it was not how I remembered it, nor was it as god as a good vape! IMHO

Not a chemist by any means - but aside from stepping up nic strength (if you're not already at 36mg) - I don't think there's a whole lot that can be done.

From what I understand, nicotine delivered from organic cigs hits the blood stream faster (and more completely) because combustion properties make the particles smaller. I don't think there's a feasible way to mimic that with vaporizing. Not without a full-blown chem lab at least.

Smoking 2+ pad didn't give me the same buzz I got years ago when I first started smoking either. Now if I waited an hour or so between analogs I got a nice nic buzz that was different from the early years but still nice. Same thing with vaping, if I wait an hour or so I can get that nice nic buzz. For me that strong buzz was lost years ago and even if I was to smoke an analog now I wouldn't get it

What's the status on developing a liquid that gives more of an immediate "brain hit", like analogs did? I'm almost at 3 years from quitting regular cigarettes, but I still miss the sensation that the nicotine is actually doing something (I guess it must be or I'd have never been able to quit tobacco cigs.).

I know what you are talking about. A week after I switched to vaping I had a analog again. I think its from the carbon monoxide and all the other toxins.

There are also a lot of other drugs in standard smokes, all of which you'll never get from vaping. MAOI's and cyanide, carbon monxide, "I think" are what gives the "brain" hit you are missing. (these are all just my personal theories) :)

I didn't see this. Yeah... I totally agree.

I am a chain vaper too..I have insomnia from it..now I am going to order some lower level liquids for the night hours..at first waiting on an order I had tobacco...and yuch..the smoke and smell..:( Once in a while I have one just to remind of how rotten it is! That takes care of the craving... The vaping well, it's an adjustment for sure..not exactly the same..'none of the junk' that is in tobacco...but so so so worth it...:) Hang in there..good luck....Lee PS just my 2 cents..I am fairly new at this myself...take care all...Lee
