With tanks you need to let the coil heads soak in your juice for about 10min after installing and giveing them a few primer puffs(w/o powering) doesn't hurt either, otherwise you will singe or burn the cotton and possibly end up with a hot spot.
Try changing your coil head out, letting it soak and run your mod at a lower voltage/wattage if using a vv/vw device to break the coil in.
If it's that's not what's causing it, you may be sensitive to pg or vg. Only way to figure that out is through trial and error.

I'm not burning the cotton. I am priming them. The sensation is not quit a burn. I can't describe it. Its like when you vape at a too high nic level. Like 24mg or something. I know I'm not burning the cotton. My setup is the kanger subtank mini with an eleaf istick 50w. I'm vaping at 15w or 3.2v

Seems a bit low on wattage for the subtank mini. Are you getting a wet vape? droplets of liquid in your inhale?
If vape is ok then I suspect something about your juice. PG/VG sensitivity. I am assuming the vape does not taste burned?

Burning sensation... I'm not burning the cotton. Just a weird sensation from the vape itself
Ahh. I got that sensation from several bought ejuices, It built up over a couple of days and got pretty bad in my mouth and lungs a bit too. I switched to DIY juice with no artificial ingredient flavorings and no more issues. Maybe an ingredient in your ejuice?

What coil are you using, 0.5 or 1.2ohm ?
Could just be some bad juice, what flavour is it, make ect ?
The only other thing I can think of is your coil is flooded, where juice is going down your throat, the nic content, even though 3mg, will burn or at least feel that way, at 15w the juice isnt burning enough on the wick and is coming up through the chimney ...Just a thought
