I've used several diff juices and ver seldom get any kind of a throat hit with the VX2. I'm only guessing here, but from figurehead's video review I think its the ease of the pull 
Mine is not as easy as in his video, infact, I have to give it 1-2 primer puffs and then pull pretty hard and 99% if the time no throat hit - smoothe as breathing air.
My theory is its how hard I have to draw to keep the batt lit up the vapor cools by time I actually inhale. Is it the heat of the vapor that gives the throat hit feel?
Well if my theory is correct the manual batts should fix that and they will probably be here tomorrow. I will let ya'll now what the outcome is.
