New Vaper here, had my last cigarette the morning of December 19th. Go me!
I bought an itaste MVP 2.0 with Canadian Menthol 12mg nicotine e-juice.
Immediate success, I enjoyed it. I haven't even thought about going back to regular cigarettes, even though have had multiple opportunities to "bum" smokes of friends.
I used the default clearomisors that came with the MVP, I'm not sure what brand they are but my main concern was running out of ejuice and I don't want to find myself out without being able to vape.
I then bought a Kanger Genitank because it had a much bigger tank.
The problem is/was, I was just not getting the same satisfaction from the Kanger as the smaller MVP clearomisers. Thinking it was the aeroflow setting I was constantly adjusting it. It seemed like I was either getting to much air or not enough. When I adjusted the vV or vW to the highest setting it was coming close to the better experience I had had but, still not the same.
Then I stumbled on the solution, when vaping, if I were to press the button, hold it for a second or two then start drawing it started feeling right again. I believe this is the "throat hit" that I just wasn't getting from the Kanger.
Other background information:
So my questions:
Is pressing and holding the vape button a second or two before vaping going to:
Any other suggestions for stronger throat hits.
Thank you!

Other background information:
- I smoked about 25 analogs a day. (look at me embracing the terminology)
- I've smoked for over thirty years.
- It seems the throat hit is an important element to the experience for me and probably important to me successfully staying away from analogs
- I never smoked menthols but really enjoy the menthol ejuice
So my questions:
Is pressing and holding the vape button a second or two before vaping going to:
- damage my coils prematurely?
- damage my mod/batteries prematurely?
- burn through my batteries a lot quicker through the day?
Any other suggestions for stronger throat hits.
Thank you!
