Im sure this is a total noob question but here goes anyway. I have found that 6mg nic is best for me as my head was just spinning with 12 and 18. But my problem is that there is no TH wit hthat at all for the most part. Is there something i can do to give me just a little TH. Right now i feel like im vapoing air lol Thanks

Yes. You can increase the throat hit by vaping higher PG% in your eliquids.

So if you usually buy 50/50 6 mg

TRY 70/30 6 mg....

Higher PG ratios and most menthols will give you a stronger TH.

I find citrus flavors really help for that "smoky" feel, and I hear cinnamon does too. Better not use plastic clearomizers, though. Metal or glass is fine, though.

The device you use can increase TH also. A low ohm Genesis style atty gives good TH even with low nic and high VG.

How long were you vaping 12mg with headaches. Ive known a few people who had them for a day or 2 fought through it and they went away. Im not recommending you go through that as I dont know what they are like Im just saying its something to think about. You can also mix some you your 12 and 6 together to get 9mg and see what that is like.

I started with 18 for about a week and my head never seemed on straight so I went to 12. About a week on that, still spinning so I went to 6. Finally seemed to level off. Guess I can up my pg since all my 6 mg is 50/50. Thanks for the advice

Halo juices give a TH,evn at 6mg,i buy 12mg and cut it with 50/50VG and i still get the solid TH,i do midnite apple,Tribeca and Prime 15.

Any form of TA if your not averse to tobacco. Tobacco Blend (PG) TFA does pretty good at 1%. PG will help the TA burn a little more.
