Drink LOTS more than usual - like at least half again - PG and VG are BOTH very drying as they draw moisture to themselves from outside which includes the inside if your mouth, nose and throat. Just drink heaps, water is best, and your kidneys will also love you. Irritation thats common and NOT an allergy should dissipate over a few days and not return unless your liquid consumption drops off.

i bought some niquid from a kiosk at the mall and i paid 30 dollars only to get my cravings fixed, a sore throat, irritated lungs, and a runny nose.

my carts came pre-filled when i bought the e-cig and the niquid didnt bother me, but now that i switched niquids, its been bugging the heck out of me.

anyways i have 2 different things u should try

try either that or putting less niquid on the carts, it might just be flooding the cart and your inhaling the liquid, not the smoke.

i think i might try a vg concentration and see how that works for me because with the carts it came with they didnt irritate me as much as these do. Good luck on finding the right niquid to buy

I have found that the PG I've used isn't so much irritating as a bit drying and after a day of heavy use my throat occasionally feels a little sore. A cup of tea usually does the trick nicely.

That said, I've heard some people can have mild allergic reactions to PG so it's probably worth trying VG, or a combination of PG and VG. Obviously, if your symptoms continue or worsen you should probably discontinue using your ecig and go see the doc.

To the OP:

Today is three weeks for me. (started e-cigs, stopped analogs) At two weeks, I developed a sore mouth/throat (upper throat at the very back of the mouth). It really hurt for about three days. Then it went away and now I'm fine. I have also cut back on the amount of my nicotine level in my juice, but I did that after this problem had pretty much resolved.

I think this must be normal when you first start using an e-cig.

DRINK LOTS OF WATER.
