I don't really chain vape. I tend to take a few puffs here and there recently with the burning. I would like to invest in a second setup once I can figure this out. I will deffinatly try the glycerin.

When you go to your vape shop, ask them about an iclear16 clearomizer. These have the coils at the top with wicks hanging down. You just have to tilt them once in a while or lay them on the table so that the juice gets to the top but other than that they work great. And you fill them from the top.
Do you use a light colored ejuice or a dark colored one? The reason I am asking is because the darker ejuices tend to junk up coils much quicker than the clear ones.

opps just now saw your post cause I was typing lol

I normally stick with lighter juices.
I'm just upset because I really liked the caromizer at first and I like the fact that everything is on the bottom and I don't have to worry about tipping it to make sure the wicks are wet.

I use both and like them both(the bdc and the iclear16). Get some everclear and/or vodka and soak those heads for a couple of days. then rinse and let dry another couple of days before trying them again. When you go to fill the bdc, drip one drop in the little center hole to get to the wicking and wipe off any access on the outside before putting the whole thing back together.(after filling the tank of course) Wait a few minutes before trying to vape on it. Also, before hitting the power button, screw it onto the battery and take a few draws. This helps to pull the liquid into the coils and wicking. You should see some tiny air bubbles come up thru the tank. This assures the liquid is getting to the right spot.
good luck.

I use a Vamo3 with an RSST tank. What I have found is if I reduce the watts down too far I get unusually strong nicotine hits with minimum vapor production ( Im using 90-100%VG) this results in a harsh TH very little taste from the juice. Once I bump up the wattage by 1.5 - 2.5 more, the VG starts vaporizing, the nic seems to mellow out and the TH is reduced. Just a thought.... does the nic vaporize at a lower temp than VG??

Yes, since the vg is very thick compared to the nic. but it too depends on the ohm of what you are using.

Plus the TH you may be experience is actually burning of the coils because you have it set so low that the vg doesn't have enough heat to vaporize it.

Knowing volts and ohms is important. Turn down the volts. Ohms might be on th low side of what they are saying they are and so too much voltage is going to burn. A coil can get hunky in a few days depending on your juice. Darker sweet juices gunk them up fast. Just the least bit of too dry coil in that state gives you the burn. Some carto mixers are packed too tightly so not enough juice to coils. Dirty coils, not enough juice to coils, too high a voltage means burn. True, Vaperouth is a real thing re taste but its not going to cause burn. Drip your carto. Turn down the volts. Get new carto, maybe its packed better. Think of the $ saved on packs of stinkies and fiddle some more. You'll get it
