10 days ago and tried a puff plus vape for the first time. I used it about 8-10 times that day. After that day I had a cool feeling in my throat and chest whenever I breathed in which was weird. That cold feeling from the vape lasted like a week and turned into more of a feeling where my throat needs to be cleared 24/7. I have acid reflux and this had aggravated it more. I saw a doctor today and they said to just keep taking the acid reflux medicine but it hasn’t helped much. Anyone ever experience something like this from vaping?

Are you sipping something to drink while you are vaping? If not, I recommend it. Because I vape with 50 percent PG, my throat will get dry if I don't sip on something.

I'm not familiar with the device you're using, it looks like a pod mod? PG/VG are hygroscopic and will suck out a lot of moisture form your mouth, throat and nose. Sip water, use saline nasal spray, suck on a lozenge--anything to keep mouth moist.
Puff bar plus = disposable pod, non refillable, non rechargable, pre filled 5% ~ 50 mg/ml nic liquid.
Might be okay for someone replacing a 1.5 to 3 pack a day habit,, terrible idea for a light smoker, or never / non smoker.

I found that when I had a large nicotine content juice that this happened. It can also be irritating to your throat and lungs when gaping from coils that accumulate burnt residue...so change your coils frequently, warm yourself off high dose nicotine juice, and when your vape juice starts turning dark brown, then dispose of it and clean or change your coil...good luck
You mentioned a cold feeling from the vape - was it menthol? It's possible that the menthol, or another flavour, isn't agreeing with you. You can try different flavours to see whether you have the same problem with them. Other possibilities are:
- PG sensitivity - solution is to use VG juices
- Too much nicotine - find a vape with less nicotine
- Status
