Hi everyone. I would post this in a better thread, but since I'm new I can only post here.

I have been vaping for a few months now, mainly PG, but I switched last week to a 90vg/10pg juice (Twelve Monkeys Tropika to be exact). Since then, I have noticed my throat feels irritated a lot of the day, nothing too intense, but it's not too comfortable.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it because I am adjusting to a better quality juice? (from 50/50 previous juice!)

I have noticed that PG did bother me in other ways, like it made my stomach feel weird sometimes, and the vaping experience was kind of harsh in general i dont know how else to explain it. But it didn't give me any throat irritation like this new juice has done. I am just not sure whether it's an adjustment period, or if VG is bothering me in different ways.

Thanks for your help folks!!!

Welcome! Glad you are here brother. -- It's very common to experience what you have.... When I started vaping I had a mild sore throat for almost 2 months. My body eventually adjusted and I no longer have that problem. I use about every imaginable PG/VG ratios since that time and no more soar throats. I am assuming that your body will adjust to the new substances just like mine did.

    Thanks for the welcome.
So far I am preferring the VG too for many reasons. I even went down to 6mg of nic from 12mg and glad I did.
Hoping that my scratchy throat is a good thing because of leaving behind PG (maybe i was slightly allergic), and not because i am going to have problems with VG too haha. But anyway, we'll see how it goes.

    Cheers man,
When I started Vaping it was like 12mg and a 70/30 pg vg ratio.(newbie mistake) That one hurt my throat a lot and I stopped Vaping for a while cause of that.

But after reading up more I realised my mistake and switched to a higher VG ratio now and 3mg. Been satisfied ever since.

Yeah just try experimenting around and you will find which component is causing it. Your body will probably adjust anyway, unless you have a bad allergy or something, which I doubt. You're doing good. Vape on Brother!
