Last week I ordered a couple of jade drip tips from Empire mods, and one of them arrived looking a bit wonky - noticeably shorter than the other, and a slightly weird shape. It might have been mildly defective or broken; I don't really know.
Anyway, I wrote to Empire mods about this, and they immediately wrote back with an apology, and a promise to send out a new tip. I received a shipping notice within an hour, and a lovely new tip arrived within a couple of days. This wasn't a big deal in terms of money, maybe, but I thought it was a very classy thing to do.
