Ticket open on site 1 week, no response. Whats up bwb?

my package was sent to the wrong address, and has since been returned to you. I opened a ticket about this 1 week ago offering you to invoice me for the new shipping to send it back out. I'd like a refund on this purchase now please (save or the shipping charges of the failed delivery of course) PM me to resolve this please

Just an update, I again emailed deana, and dons email.. still no reply from anyone. no refund, no package. been months now. so essentially bwb burned me for 60 bucks it seems. Never had an issue with BWB for the years i've used them so this is quite a surprise.

Sorry about that BUT something is seriously wrong with emails. I am not receiving emails and the ones that somehow do get to me I do answer. After they are answered I have no idea where they are going. We are trying very hard to get the email situation fixed. A PM on here would have been answered immediately. As I don't know who you are by the screen name on here send me a PM.
I have NEVER and would NEVER take anyone for their hard earned dollar.
