A ticket system is an online database program that allows users to interface and report issues directly with a company so that the company can track where they are in the process of resolving the issue...

Think of it as a fancy todo list that a company can see exactly where they are in the process of addressing the items on the list.

If you have a problem with an order you go to the site ......where you see "contact us" it will open to a link for the help desk......that link will take you to the ticket system where you enter whatever the problem may be. This where the issue is dealt with, back and forth between you and the vendor until it's resolved satisfactorily.

It does, thanks! I have not ordered from Gotvapes yet, so I don't have any issues (i have only been started vaping this month). I was reading the positive and negative forums, trying to get a good idea of places to order from and saw this brought up. Thanks again for the explaination.

Iv had an issue, wrong item, opened a ticket, within 10-15mins the ticket was resolved, with them just sending me the correct item. Iv only been vaping for 40 days now, and Iv had four orders with GotVapes, they have become my goto vendor. They have so much stuff, and good prices.

Update: The names of a few things I had ordered where close, so the wrong item was a super easy mistake to make. So I can't even fault them for it.
