ticket system?

submitted a ticket last sunday 9/9/12 i have not heard from mad vapes on it as of yet. never got anything sent to my reg. e-mail address that they even got the ticket. so i went to the ticket system on the web site and requested to have the ticket number sent to my e-mail so i could check on it. and i still haven't gotten the ticket number. how long does it take to get a reply to a ticket?:confused:

I have the same problem as okwithit, chalk it up to the bugs they've been working on after the site upgrade. This seems to be a problem with upgrades, another Supplier had a recent upgrade and went through this, took ~3 weeks to work everything out. I'm sure they're doing the best they can, we can only be patient and hope things return to normal quickly.
