Instead of opening up a new CE3 to try a different flavor I decided to just wash out one the current ones I was using. I used the syringe tip to take the top seal out of the tube, then just rinsed the rest under the faucet without removing the center post. I kinda sorta tried to remove the center post with a long thin screw but it was a little too thick. I don't think it unseated the center post in any way, but I can't be entirely sure. After rinsing I blew out the tube and performed a few very quick dry burns to get rid of some of the moisture from the wicks. I replaced the top seal then used to syringe to draw out any air, then I filled it up using the correct method. The draw on the CE3 is incredibly tight now. I don't know what the VG/PG percentage of the juice is since it is a Ms. Ts flavor and she doesn't disclose her percentages. Could I have done something wrong in the cleaning process, or could it be a thick juice?

Thanks.

You didn't read my post did you..... .....link
It is not a good idea to pry the top seal out using the fill hole. If it gets enlarged or tears, it 'will' leak.
I would say that the coil has a large ball of gunk on it. You wont really know until you remove the post.
After dry burning, I use a metal dental pick and bust up the ball of crud. Then depending of how bad, I either just blow it out and reassemble or I do another soak/dry burn.

The air flow comes through the side holes in the 510 connection (is it 510 or 808?).
Then through the side holes in the ceramic cup. The ball of crud is either blocking the holes or they are gummed up with old thick juice.
I disassemble both tubes and rinse the atty in hot water, then soak in a ultrasonic cleaner ($9 @ walmart) for 5-15min in vodka or PGA, then another hot water rinse.
I've always done this and never had any draw issues.
Hope that helps.

I've tried reading through that post a few times, but there are a LOT of pages. I don't know that buildup is my problem because it's really only the second fill on this CE3. I'm leaning towards the juice being thick. Or I don't know. Just sucking through the airhole not attached to a battery the draw seems tighter than another I have. I think I may need to disassemble completely and look at it.

edit: It's a 501
