Tight T-tip questions.

I have received a couple of questions regarding the 510/901 T-tip and how tight it is on certain brands of 510 atomizers. It appears some brands are tighter then others.

I ship them with a Viton o-ring on them, so if you are having problems with it being too tight, i recommend going to Lowes or Home Depot and purchasing a pack of Danco #47 orings, found in the plumbing section (ten orings for a 1.99). The are a bit looser then the ones i ship them with and you'll have spares which you will eventually need anyways. The ttip may indeed last forever, but you will eventually need to replace the orings.

If anyone is having really tight ttips on their atomizers, could you post up the type and brand of atomizer you are using it on?

thanks! David

Regular Joye 510 attys are fine so far from what I've tried with the brass tip I have, however when I went to put the tip on a TW branded 510 atty, the fit is very tight.. it's not the o-ring, but the diameter of the tip itself.. it took a slight bit of force and twisting to get it to go on. Definitely a smoother fit with Joye 510 attys.

joye 510's are the most popualr and great attys.
I reccomend getting those attys instead of different o-ring.

my attys last months at 3.7v.

What # O-rings are the ones already on the t-tip?
I need to buy spares.
Can you sell me some David?
should I put a note with my S6 order when I put it in for extra o-rings for t-tip?

I'd also like to buy some extra o-rings for the S6 and maybe even a spare spring?

How do I buy extra spare parts?

Got my Stainless tip today, it fits fine on the TW attys.

I'm wondering though, is it normal to have a rough/jagged end on the tip? Not the mouth end, but the end that goes into the atty. The brass tip I have is cut smooth and is finished, but the stainless has a very jagged and slightly uneven cut on the end.

do you have pic of the end? Didn't you get that one used? Do you think someone ground it or something?
Yeah, I bought it from WhatAClumsyGirl. I can certainly ask her if she ground it down, though I kinda doubt it.

EDIT: I PM'd her, she said it came that way.
