I know you want to get my Saber out just so I don't keep bugging you with emails and changing my order around! LOL

In all honesty....I already ordered some back-up KR808 carto's to get me through to when the Saber arrives. I know you have a ton of orders but this is one customer that is telling you to take your time!! Fix yourself before you finish fixing my mod!!!!! Then when you're back to normal again you can give my Saber the attention to detail that you do with all your mod's and this time be healthier and safer in the process. While I am eager to get my order, I also understand you are human and that S&#t happens. I understand you wanting to get back to work in a hurry BUT...at least let me be the first customer that has a pending order to say....TAKE YOUR TIME!!! I will not be asking for anything extra since I had to wait longer than your stated shipping of 7-14 days! I will not demand a refund (well, unless it's not here by Christmas!! LOL), I will not send ya to the BBB, I will not bad mouth you or your company either verbally or online. What I will do is wait a little longer and look forward to hearing when you are back to normal and then be excited as a kid in a candy store when you tell me my order has shipped!

To "Mr. Richardhead" that sent you that email, I agree you should just refund his money and tell him to go pound sand! So while one customers email may have gotten you upset....maybe this customers post will let you know....it's not all about a sale! Keep in touch and I hope for a speedy recovery!!

Sir Lawrence, if you must listen to the desires of your customers - I say you go with jtieri! He is a customer you should definitely listen to!

Seriously, listen to him- his business is golden. Mr. Richardhead is rather brown and ick. You're the boss- make an executive decision!

in all fairness - some people don't have the resources to absorb a charge and then wait past the normal delivery time no matter how urgent the situation on the vendor's end ......

nope - all i see in your answer is a loyal customer of sir lawrence .....

but not everybody will fall in that category and they should not be ridiculed because of it. it does not concern me either way - i only stopped here for the contest but i surely wish sir lawrence a speedy recovery and return to good health.

we must live in different worlds .......

instant refunds in my world are a thing of the past - yes, you can dispute a charge and a case gets opened but that does not mean you'll have access to your funds right there and then. only with a fraudulent charge is the process different.
and once a check is cashed it's gone.

OK.... Update Guys about the contest...
I will be closing the contest Monday at 9pm EST. Then by 10pm I'll announce the winner!

Update on what my doctor said at the clinic...
He told me that since I left the hospital with a full discharge, but not recommended by the doc....
And that I had to come back in today, he put me on rest until Tuesday.
I didn't know that they can stop my insurance if I don't follow instructions.
But TRUST ME... I will be in full production again on Tuesday if I have to hire another 20 people!

Anyway, get your entries in for tomorrow night.
And again, thanks for understanding.
