First of all, I need to apologize to Angela and the rest of the staff of TimeEast for the lateness of this review, but I needed two shipments to be absolutely sure of what I am about to say.
And what I am about to say is both well deserved and hard earned!
I have parked the TARDIS here in Costa Rica for the last few years, and one of the only drawbacks to living here is the mail system. Or as we ...... expats like to call it:"The Great Fleecing Gauntlet and Private Property Crap Shoot". I love Costa Rica, it's a neutral country, non fiat currency, no army, basically a sexier Latin take on a Smurf village. But "sticking it to the ......" is an understandable national pastime that makes receiving anything via post a test of patience.
I have been vaping since 2009, and usually have family in the States send me my supplies wrapped in gift wrap that looks like it would be for a kid. That has and hasn't worked, it's a crap shoot. Never the fault of the company I order from though, and I would never assign blame to them. But sometimes I would get it, sometimes I would have to go to the customs office and either pay 150% of the order in taxes and fees, or have it "impounded" (read: stolen by a customs official) because Nicotine is classified as a dangerous drug down here since Preznit Chinchilla (yes that IS her name) declared e-cigs to be "the same" as analogues in regards to the new nationwide crackdown on smoking (google "Costa Rica Smoking Ban").
But NOW, I have a company that has been able to get me two orders in a row with some of the best quality and best priced equipment and juice I have yet found. All this year, my vaping has been thanks to TimeEast.net. In November of 2011, I placed my first order with them for about 8 months worth of supplies, and it red as so:

But Angela was very courteous and answered all of my questions, AND EVEN ROUNDED UP THE DR.PEPPER ON HER OWN!!! They didn't have it on the site, but I asked about it in and email, and it was there in two days thanks to her grabbing a batch. Let that sink in for a second. Due to how remote I am, I do almost all of my buying online, I deal with ALOT of websites. But NONE of them have ever just put something up for sale just because I asked for it, not in my experience anyway.
Now this first order took about two months to get here, and there was even a point where it appeared to freeze in Mexico for about half that time. The shipper they use, Singpost, allows you to track items online much the same way as FedEx and UPS. On the day it finally got here, I got an email from Angela stating an offer to RE-SHIP to another address, pretty much taking the loss. I didn't ask for this, she offered it to me. Amazing customer service.
When I opened that first order, I found that TimeEast had also thrown in a free eGo carrying case as well as a 900 mah VV stainless steel eGo battery as well. I was going to review that battery, but it broke on my tile floor after I dropped it while carrying it to my den. I had owned it for about ten minutes before that happened. Yeah. But everything worked great, and with an additional care package from some vaping friends in the States, I was set for about 8 months.
Fast forward to order number two! I ordered this latest package only five weeks ago, and it got here in less than two. It's been in customs this whole time, but everything is here, and this new 1100 mah eGo-K Passthrough Dragon Battery now completes me. I am still doing the Boge cartos, but my next order will be for a ViVi Nova and a V3 Vision (I want them to duke it out for my choice of next step) which they now carry.
This company is amazing. Their prices are better than Health Cabin in some areas, and their customer service is the best I have ever seen in an online retailer anywhere. They have a flat rate for worldwide shipping at only $8.50, anywhere. I can say with confidence that Singpost is as reliable a company (if not more) than UPS or DHL (<<wanton thieves) when it comes to getting you your package.
I am now vaping with a device that has a Chinese dragon engraved by a freaking laser on it. And it is thanks to Angela and the good folks at TimeEast.net. These guys are now my exclusive, and permanent supplier due to their amazing commitment to service and reliable quality.
