Im Credit Card supervisor approval here is saudi arabia and Im not sure if what Im ganna say will work to everybody but maybe
#1: we have something called internet credit card (this one can use only in online shoping)
If you already a card holder in bank (X) with limit lets say $5k you can apply for internet credit card with limit what ever you want within 5k lets say 1k and your primary card will be 4k.
in case fraud the amount will be much less than the primary card
2#: if ask your bank about internet credit card and they lough at ya lolz I mean they dont have it so go for this supplementary card (can be use normally as normal credit card) but here is the problem with this one the bank will issue this card for 3rd party lets say ur wife or son ..etc and the same with internet card u can choose the limit for this one also and the limit will be taking from the primary card.
#3: some banks they have rechargable card the name is different from bank to bank and its not credit its debit card you will get it with ZERO limit you have to charge it then use it.
