I think you shouldn't put pressure on yourself. I never started vaping because I thought I'd quit. I vaped to keep my Mom company because she really had to stop smoking. The longer I did it, the more I actually liked it better and I got down to two a day, then 1 a day then none.

Make sure your nicotine is high enough to get you off cigs. I didn't keep my fav brand around the house. I just had some roll your own tobacco around.

When you're really craving a cig, say you'll wait an hour and vape. Usually you get over that big desire.

i enjoy everything about vaping no draw backs to me really....

im currently using a roughstack "soon mabe a provari" and love the ease of use with it... i got tired of replacing all the ego batteries and attys too expensive for my taste

ive tried many different juices probably around 30. i like the the fruity ones better than the others just because their consistency " i havent really found any good tobacco flavors yet"

i could easily quit smoking my e cig whenever i want to.. just trough it out the window on the freeway and i would be done. i cant really do that with the cigarettes because i can just go to the store and get more at any time

To be honest, the smell of cigarettes was a huge factor for me. I got so sick of worring about if I smelled like cigs or if people smelled them. I'd whiff my clothes before I went anywhere. I did smoke in my car and house so everything smelled like cigs regardless of how much I cleaned. Everything was yellow. Sometimes you'd hear the "ew, I smell cigarettes" and you wanted to crawl in a hole. You'd hate to invite someone in your home because I was worried about the cig smell. Or giving someone a ride.

It really, really got to me. Once I saw that vaping was a way out of all that, I really embraced it. Just not having to deal with all of that crap is such a freeing feeling. Your no longer a cigarette prisoner. You can go where you want, stay where you want.

i haven't been able to smell cigs for many years now i probably reek of them everywhere i go

sorry if im being difficult i feel like i am

I've been 4 days now, I started vaping August 1st and haven't had an analog yet. I'm using an eGo 900mAh with a LR 510 atty and some juice from Liquid Xpress (Honey Flu Cured) and Pink Spot Vapors (Honey Cured Tobacco). I've found that if I just vape constantly throughout the day I never have the urge to have an analog, and it's working great, now saying I haven't thought about it would be a lie, but I have been able to go into the bathroom at work, vape my face off for about 5 minutes and I'm good for a few hours.

ive tried alot of juices but any recommendations would be helpful "im always looking for a new flavor"

but i wonder if its my job working 60 hours a week is pretty stressful especially when everything i do has to be perfect "im a machinist"
most of the stuff i make on my machine could mean life or death for the people using the part im making

You aren't being difficult!

There's a lot of other things in cigs besides nicotine that we're addicted to. That's why I mentioned snus.

Give Vapor Station juice a try.

1. Get a good "big battery" device.. whether it is a 1000mAh ego or some kind of box mod, get a good one.. put some extra cash down to get one of these.
2. Get backups!! Atties (or cartos), batteries and juice.. ALWAYS have more than you need.
3. Get a mixture of atties and cartos, some days atties will keep you going and on other days you really need a bigger punch in the throat; I find cartos in general give a bigger throat hit overall.
4. Get a realistic strength of nicotine to begin with. If you happily vape 18mg, buy some 36mg unflavoured as a backup.. there might be a handful of days when you need to knock it up a notch (to 20mg.. or 24mg.. or something) to see you through.
5. Get tobacco flavours, at least 2, even if you don't "like" them for a daily vape. The reason being is that sometimes you just crave the disgusting flavour of tobacco.. you might only vape it for 30mins.. but it will satisfy that craving.

I'm sure there are more.. but there is 5 things I could think of off the top of my head.
