Hello again, everyone. I'm not sure if this should be in APV forum or here in the new member forum, so I'll understand if this is moved to the appropriate section.

Day before yesterday I bought a new hcigar Nemesis copper clone from Kidney Puncher and I've absolutely fallen in love with it. I'm running a 0.8 ohm setup with no heating issues, fantastic vapor off my Mutation-X rda, the voltage drop is minimal according to my meager testing :) .... even though I'm new to this all I absolutely love this thing.

Now I'm the kind of guy who is somewhat obsessed with proper care of any sort of equipment I own. Take good care of your stuff and you won't have to worry about replacing it - so I'm here asking for some tips along those lines: how do I take good care of my mod? Are there any tips for taking extra special care of copper, maintaining conductivity, and making sure I don't bust the delicate threading?

Thanks! :D :vapor:

PS. Tomorrow is one full month with no cigarettes! (Which is like a birthday present to myself!!) Since I started with my RDA I haven't wanted a cigarette - something about the tinkering + a nice hitting vape has removed all desire to smoke, even around all my smoking friends!

Congrats on your first cigarette free month! :toast:

With a copper mod you will want to keep the threads nice and clean to keep optimum conductivity and avoid voltage drop. Also just taking a little care threading the parts together as copper is relatively soft and you do not want to cross thread or over tighten and bind it up. Copper will also require lots of polishing if you don't like the patina look.

You can also get nice little pouches with a draw string on the top that will protect it against scratch's and minor knocks and keep her looking good!

Good luck and enjoy your new toy. ;)
