Weird, but since I left analog behind, I feel inspired to take better care of myself. I've been remembering to take my supplements, going for walks, doing a bit of yoga, going to bed earlier. I probably needed to be doing those things even *more* when I was smoking, but somehow it seemed hopeless, you know? Like what was the point, or who was I kidding, with all the toxins I was breathing in.
So nice to be feeling better about myself and to be treating myself better.
