So I've been using e-cigs on and off for the last few years, and recently for the last 8-9 months. I have gotten tired of having to fiddle with gear to get it to work like I want.

I tried Vamos and Ego's but stayed with Ego for the size (I have a vv ego with batt indicator 90mm batt lenght), I don't want a huge mod and battery isn't as much of a concern since 90% of my vaping is done at the computer/home. Same for tank size as long as it's 1ml+ so I can just switch between tanks I would prefill.

I tried, eVods, CE4, T2's, RBA, 3 different brands of vivi's including real Vision ones and all have cons and pros of course but I can't find one that is stable enough for my taste.

I have been thinking about trying to find something simple, SMALL and convenient. Elips seems to fit the bill.

What I am looking for are system options: I like the size of the Elips but I wish they had some type of battery indicator and I would have placed an order already. I am wondering if there are other kind of system like Elips that are easy to use, SMALL and STABLE to use (talking around 4" full size). I am tired of fiddling with ego's, tanks, cones, clearos of all type etc... I also like something like the GS-XL.

On side note, I figured maybe instead of spending $70-90 on an Ovale Elips-C or Apollo eSlim kit, I would test the one from fasttech or OceanVapor (ordered from both companies before), any other clones or systems like that ?

I know lots of ppl like the diversity of what is available out there, but I just want something "plug and vape" (no prefilled though) type system I think, I don't have time anymore, I don't want to go back to smoking but that was SOOO much simpler! (I won't go back fyi, just tired of trying things that don't work for me).

Personally I think dripping with something like the 306DCA is as easy and pure as you can get. No fiddling at all. You don't really even need VV if you don't change your attachments.

Sent from my easy chair using brain waves.

I've used a cisco 306...what is the dca?

Something easy eh? I recently abandoned my mod for a Vapor Zeus. The cartomizer holds 3.5ml of juice. I carry 3 carto's and 2 batteries and this lasts me all day. Morning untill evening. I am only a moderate vaporer (is that a word?) though. In the evening I can charge them while vaping and refill my carto's. Real easy to fill em' up. It is small, well smaller than a mod, easy to carry. Its cigar sized. IDK, there's my 2¢.

Dude!

Try a Kangertank. It is a bottom dripping atty with replaceable heads. Minimal levels of frustration.

Stingray Atomizers are also fantastic for dripping.

Otherwise, simplest most efficient clearomizer that I have yet tried the iClear 16 or the iClear 30. Both work wonders in comparison to all of their predecessors. Also rebuildable!

Maybe look into small bottom feeders like a Reo or Reo mini? There are less expensive ones as well. Same-ish shape as the GS XL you linked to. A carto is fed through a needle top bottle that you squeeze as needed, less refilling involved. I haven't used one but I've heard good things.

I second that. Probably the most simple solution out there. No cartos to prime. No leaky tanks. No electronics to break. you just change out the batteries once a day, fill with juice once a day, and change an attie once a week or month or year depending on what you get.

Hi Coersum !
I would suggest a vMod or a vMod XL
VMOD 2.0 and VMOD XL

These are bottom feeding mods. Put a Cartomizer or an Atomizer on, fill with juice...vape away !
I have three of them- 2 vMod XLs which are 18650 battery (2000+mah), 9ml tanks, like six inches tall-
and the vMod 2.0, 14500 battery (alittle bigger that AA, 800mah), 4.5ml tank, 4 or so inches tall..(small)
Both are very pocketable...and as easy as fill and go vapes as you are going to get.
Really liking the easy Vaping vMods !

I got tired of fiddling also, been back n forth between analogs and vaping because of this reason. I know you said you don't want a clearo, but if you haven't already I would take a look at the itaste mvp. I haven't fiddled with it once or the clearo on it. It's been pretty much plug and play for me. Just put more juice in and the battery life is 2-3 days.

It's a Drip Cup Adapter from GoodSense Vapor.

GoodSense Vapor - 306DCA

There are a lot of drip cups out there, this is just the one I use. Looks good, easy to use, no leaking ever.

It really comes down to what you consider "hassle free", unfortunately.

You mentioned only clearos in your opening post. I've yet to use or hear of a "hassle free" clearo in my time here.

Many people seem to love cartos and carto tanks. I used to like cartos, but then I got too many which just didn't taste right.

For me, the most hassle free way to vape is dripping. It's not exactly the easiest, but once you come to know how your chosen atomizer works best there is very little fiddling. Drip. Vape. Repeat. After a few months it takes no more effort than lighting a cigarette.

As for your battery issues, I don't think one exists that you're looking for. You mentioned you're mostly at home when you vape. Have you thought about a pass-thru? Otherwise, you may want to look into a tiny mod like the eCab or Elips, or maybe even the eRoll.

Sorry I have nothing more specific for you. Like I said, I drip with an eGo-C atomizer on an automatic battery. It's definitely not for everyone, but it's the easiest thing I have found for me.

I'm a plug n player and I use Twists (the 900 battery is small if you want small) and Kanger T2's.

Kanger is proprietary to the Twist so you really don't need cones or adapter thingies et al. You can replace the head/atty by unscrewing the one and screwing in another. Fill....n go. Period. The End. Love them love them love them and hope they don't disappear. I vape 100% VG and NET's with no clogging or flavor issues. whatsoever.

Hassle free...meaning? Seriously, to me, dripping is a hassle. I love my ce4s. Ego batts are easy/cheesy and fun. What don't you like and what do you consider "hassle - free?" It is never going to be as "easy" as smoking a cigarette. I would never go bag to a cigarette because of the "ease" of smoking. (It is MUCH harder to hack up a lung!) :2cool:

Another vote for the eRoll. I am also getting tired of fiddling! I have a REAL life too - besides vaping lol.

I originally got the eRoll for formal type situations, and a quick puff at work, but it works so amazingly well that I use it all the time now.

Small, huge clouds of vapor and throat hit. Great flavor. Battery lasts all day. Very advanced but simple and elegant. Completely and totally hassle and fiddle free.

The iclear 16 on my mvp I haven't touched in about a week and it's still performing quite well.
Really... Cartos and Carto tanks are very popular? The reason why I went back to analogs was because of the cartos/carto tanks.

I really couldn't see someone who doesn't want to fiddle be ok with dripping.

Yes, cartos and tanks are popular as evidenced by the sheer proliferation of tanks and accessories out on the market.

Just like clearos.

As I said, it's all subjective. I drip all day, every day and have for the past 3 months. While I am by no means an expert, I find it no more of a hassle or fiddly than lighting a cigarette ever was.

To me a carto tank "looks" like it is just a more difficult way to use a carto. You get all of the problems of a carto with the extra hassle of how to fill them. I have never actually used a carto tank though so I can't say for sure, but since you still fill the carto first that would be the same as filling a non-tank carto. then you have to slide the tank fill the tank, and still pray the carto is going to work right without leaking all over the place.
