What did you do, cut your activation switch off the battery? The button on mine is way too big (which is NOT a bad thing IMO) to fit in the PCC. There is now way to stick this battery into the PCC, the switch just sticks out too far. Again, I think he switch is perfect; its just not designed for the PCC. The PCC stands for Piece of Crap Charger IMO. I have had nothing but problems with mine and TW has done nothing about the issue.

What happened to your PCC? Mine is coming hopefully today, I want mine so I can put the chargers away for a while and just charge the PCC when I find passing USB ports or with the Kensington USB battery

A) As stated below manual batteries did not fit in the charger. B) When charging a battery, the charge light never turned off, even after it was charged. This would deplete the battery in the PCC and I think would screw up the titan batteries themselves. I noticed that after using the PCC for a week my batteries started to hold less and less of a charge. I stopped using it and the drop in battery lifespan has seemed to slow. C) I had to add a piece of rubber to the lid to make it hold the batteries down or else they would not charge. This is due to incorrect sizing between the lid and battery contact. You will find several posts here on the forums regarding this issue by other members. D) My charging light would blink sometimes and other times be solid. I have later found out this was a change in the way the PCC identifies how far the battery has charged, and someone forgot to update the manual to reflect this change. @Sludge Van Diesel Very interesting! Thank you for the info. I called TW a few weeks ago and they told me the PCC they shipped was the latest version and they knew of the problems listed above. The fact yours handles the button make me believe I got BS by the TW rep on the phone.
All should watch this review of the mega batts. For the price and the amount of "extra" power you get, its not at all worth the price. Let alone if you buy a 5 pack, you are now without a warranty.
