Titanium wire

Does anyone have recommendations for a titanium wire vendor? I've seen it available but wasn't sure if untreated is the way to go or not.

That's actually the vendor I was looking at. I would guess I'd start out at 28 gauge. This would be to test it as a nickel substitute. My other question is, would the oxide on the wire be an issue?

Ebay has a lot of jewelry vendors that sell good quality hypoallergenic titanium wire.

BE CAREFUL though! I bought some wire that I thought was titanium, but "titanium" was actually the color, the wire itself was plastic-coated copper!
