they were without power internet ect ect for a couple of days so your order may have shipped already and might not have gotten updated....I am sure if you post your order # Walt will let you know what the status of it is
How do we access the custom flavor option that people keep talking about and what is the price difference? I've been looking around for a hazelnut coffee with swiss miss type of flavor. When I worked nights I loved making 8ozs of Flavia hazelnut coffee and dumping a pack of Swiss Miss in before going outside to light up a menthol.
As stated above, they got hit with a lot of problems all at once during a mega sale.
If you go to the site, use the "contact us" form with your order number Walt has a way to getting you your tracking number. Somewhere between the orders shipping and the power coming back on it seems USPS threw another monkey wrench into the mix.

More than likely it has already shipped but the servers are being weird after the power thing and for some reason they are showing complete, and are untraceable on the order history page.

Always check your spam folder if awaiting a shipping confirmation. Some KJ stuff goes to my spam, and some doesn't it is quite odd, but I know to check now.

And besides the minions are just so damn cute! How could you not like that!!
It makes me think of the video game Overlord which is one of the greatest ones out there and the minions are absolutely hilarious.
As far as dissatisfired customers, I suppose every business is going to have one of those here and there but when I placed my first order I didn't know what to expect. I think I had bought from over 30 others and if I found one juice that I really liked well enough to buy again, felt that was an accomplishment so my expectations weren't up there. I think I have ordered over 15 different ones from Walt so far and of that many there are 3 or 4 that I can say I don't care for but that is still a great percentage for me and I will let the stinkers steep a bit and revisit. At least 2 of these are ones everyone raves about so only time will tell.
My goal is to find 3 possibly 4 vendors that I can get all the juices I want and not have to buy one here and one there and so on. Walt has made it to my list along with one other but I may have to break my own rule here because there is one flavor I adore and only found one so far that makes it LOL
