For the people who are still getting the black pepper, this is due to your setup. I hired a friend that is going to be working on adding descriptions on what best works for each flavors. Should have it soon!

Thanks brutha!

Im curious about the pepper taste. What do you suggest? Ill have to revisit my white chocolate after I hear what works best

This just won't work Walt, do you realize how many people are using simple eGo style devices that aren't variable voltage...you will be excluding all these people.

I have never seen a vendor suggest upgrading hardware because their juice tastes bad...you must tweak the juice to work at a lower voltage.

It has to be a lower voltage that works better

I tried my White Chocolate Tobacco on a 1.4 ohm coil on a VW mod at 7 Watts and there is absolutely no pepper taste. I ordered mine during his giant St Patricks day sale.

I just ordered 5 or 6 more flavors including 4 of the new ones. I saw Walts facebook post about the brownie being his new favorite. Hope it lives up to the hype.

Seriously can't place an order this weekend as I have dozens of Killer Juice bottles on the go. Currently in my tanks:
Pancakes and syrup - just finishing this one before going back to Boysenberry Pancakes - my 2nd bottle of that is ready to go. Absolutely delicious.
Baja Blast - last few ml. Haven't been able to put down. Will def be reordered.
Boysenberry Syrup - first time trying OMG!
Orange - one of my new flavours from Walt. Great straight off - full of flavour.
Boblo's Vanilla Custard - I like it, but it's my first custard and I'm still getting used to vaping dairy products!

Still have at least 10 I haven't tried yet - seriously addicted and can't imagine myself needing any other supplier.

Hope everyone will report back on the new flavours so I know what to order next time. Maybe I'll win a gift card and won't have an excuse not to order!

I'm hooked on this juice too!

Don't most people who post here have more than a non VV ego?

Most, but not all. I've got a G6 cig-a-like from Halo. Because of recent issues from weather and pets I can't afford to upgrade.

I was going to make my next order from Walt. For the price of 34ml of my favorite extracted tobacco I can get 60 at Walt's regular prices. Now, I'm skipping it. I don't want to risk getting something I can't vape on my system. Right now I can't afford to throw away money.

I agree 100%. All the other flavors already have been designed around the problem. The only one that could still have the pepper taste is the white chocolate.

It seems to be so random when it appears that we are not 100% sure what the ohm or voltage that gets rid of it. That is why we hired Brian our newest employee that is an expert in equipment.

None the less as with any order if someone has an issue with a flavor we always go out of our way to replace it or make it up to them.

Sorry I am down at the port today getting some new items to play with this week, so I may be slow at replying.

I didn't mean to spark a debate. My earlier post was my first in this thread and only about my 8th on ecf. I've been 'lurking' and reading this thread for 30 or 45 days. I found ecf, and Killer Juice, while searching for high-quality, budget-friendly e-juice.

What attracted me to Killer Juice was the positive feedback on the flavors, terrific prices, and Walt's commitment to customer satisfaction. Anyone who has been following the thread should know he cares very deeply about his customers and their enjoyment of his products. He's very quick to respond to concerns and has both created new blends and reformulated flavors as a result of feedback he's received here. I take hiring someone to test the flavors with different setups and document what works best as a positive sign that Walt wants his products to be enjoyable for EVERYONE, from the most basic to the most advanced user. If you're having problems, PM Walt and I'm sure he'll do his best to resolve your concerns.

I am NOT a mod guy and am using a pretty basic setup myself - a Vision Spinner vv battery with iClear 16, iClear 30s, or Protank 2 clearomizer. When I try a new flavor or vendor, I experiment through the range of the voltage settings to see what works best. I vape almost every juice at 4.0 volts or lower, so I'm not that far off the output of a basic battery. I find when I get much higher than 4.3 volts that I get sort of a burned taste - whether it's from the flavorings or from the wicks, I don't know. In fact, I've been wondering how 'mod guys' can run high voltages/wattages and still enjoy the flavors.

I've tried about 10-12 different flavors from Killer Juice so far, and all work well in the lower voltage range. Most of the time, the white chocolate tobacco is good in this range as well. When I do get the occasional hint of pepper flavor from that flavor, I turn the spinner up to about 4.3 - 4.8 and the pepper flavor goes away.

At any rate, Killer Juice offers a wide variety of flavors including several other tobacco blends. With that variety on the menu and such a wide range of individual tastes (ahem, Moose Liver and Onions?, Chicken and Waffles?), even if the white chocolate tobacco doesn't work for you, you should be able to find flavors that do.

Just to follow up. I was only letting you know what we have found as the problem.

We are not trying to say that it is someone's fault or blamming you.

I use a basic ego kit with what I think is called a MT3 tank thing (See shows how much I know) and have never tasted pepper.

We think we found it and we are working on a reformulating it due to all of your great feedback. I did not mean to offend anyone at all and I apologize for that.

If you have the pepper taste let me know via the contac us form and I will gladly refund or replace it for you.

I totally agree. I've been vaping quite a while. I've bought a lot of juices. I've bought other suppliers juices people rave about and some just get this horrid taste. Sure, that taste may fade or even go away with fine tuningon VW. I have nearly ever mod or atty out there and found a supplier just can't please every person on every juice. That is virtually impossible. There are so many variations with voltage/wattage, ohms, size of wire, tanks, mods, etc...

For example... I've bought nearly every custard out there...even all the ones raved about. I get horrible taste with a lot of them. I'm tweak and tweak and can tone some to taste but I'm not going to bring it to the attention of the maker because others like it and rave about it. You can't please every person on every juice and asking that is kind of being unreasonable in my opinion.

Walt goes out of his way to try and please everyone. If people keeps asking for this or that and he has to keep hiring people to make every juice perfect for every variation, which can be extensive, we will start seeing higher prices because he will need more testers...

Don't get me wrong though. If there's an issue Walt needs to know but saying he needs to tweak his juices to perfection for every variation for every device is a far fetched plea.

There are plenty who love his white chocolate just as it is. I've tried it at different variations and don't get a peppery taste. But that's me. One thing that needs understanding is tobacco flavors are very complex and need steeping for flavors to meld together. Almost all tobacco blends need time to age. That's another variable to taste.

At the prices Walt sales his juices asking for every taste for every individual for every juice is silly. When Walt has to raise prices to meet all these needs people will complain about that too.

Walt has great juices at awesome prices with exceptional customer service.

My opinion...you can't please everyone.
