It is all good, thanks Mike. You know I see a lot of companies rip people off on shipping and I think that has been one of our greatest selling points on here. We try our best to ship the cheapest we can. Sadly the eggs are not small. We have to use a box to ship them and the boxes have weight to them, so does the packing inside of it. First Class mail only covers up to 13 oz. We are always higher it seems, and well Priority has not been any better. I have one customer that is still waiting for his 10 days later.
My goal is to make a e-liquid company that has the highest customer service, quality, and variety of products. Still it would be nice not to fill out these FDA batch reports... UGH (That is what I am doing at 8:48pm on a Monday night) Someone pass me a beer!
Nope fivefour. I was just commenting on what you said because it was in support of his argument. He was definitely displaying a ton of ignorance and disrespect.
I would like to amend my comment above if you are thinking of taking over the Wild B's in Novi (Maple Rd. at Pontiac Trail). This location is *not* near the high traffic area of town with good freeway access, restaurants, theaters, bars, etc. It is actually on the outskirts with the city of Walled Lake across Maple and Commerce Township across Pontiac Trail. You are probably aware of that if you have been in to look at the building. It is an older strip mall with Salvation Army and a Dollar Store, I believe. If you can get closer to Interstate 96 and the Novi Road area you will have much more visibility and a better location.

I know how it goes. I ran my own music production business. There is nothing like being cussed out for "ripping off" a band when you actually lost money doing their project. Better yet, when they call you a rip off for charging more than the guy recording in his parent's garage while you're using a Nashville studio with a $2.5 million studio and platinum engineer.
No matter how hard you try somebody is going to call you a rip off or a con artist at some point. It always stings a little.
Paper work sucks. Government regulated paper work is even worse.
well on my part i was just going to make a order in support of walt. ive ordered before.but the shipping wasnt that price before.
i wasnt in real need of anything. but i still am on a budget so i couldnt make a order. but a friend picked up somethings for me as they were putting in a order.
i pif all the time to people who need things sooo i do package everything up and send alot out so I DO know how much it costs.

I will be getting the giant minions and fully expect to pay shipping but promise to share a pic of my happy son who keeps spying the pics of them when I'm in this thread.

Then you think about the low cost of the juice and what the little bottles cost, there isn't much meat left on the bone so I sucked it up and decided I needed the Purple Peeps, Swedish Fish, Boysenberry Pancakes and the 2 Venom juices now and 4 eggs. That was 105 ml juice for under $30 with shipping... still not bad...not bad at all and eggs

Buddy you are good. It was professional enough for how upset you likely were. We might not agree on the best mailing/shipping agent (im die hard usps for life lol(wait i see this was special due to the size of the eggs)) I definitely agree w how you are handling your business. Quality customer service is worth more than just more $ in your bank acct. Its how you win over customers for life! And the slight 'loss' you take on every order is far exceeded by the average cost of creating a new repeat customer! Its what keeps companies in business. .
I was already going to become a customer after trying shamrock shake & boysenberry pancake. They are the first thing that made me want to put down custards last stand! Thats saying something. ..
But after seeing how you conduct yourself in this forum & that reply about shipping you really won me over! You may (and who knows) lost a customer. . But you have gained at least one.. (w the caveat that I have to get a job first). & I bet im not the only one!

74 ml of my favorite juice costs that much and it doesn't come with contest eggs. 60 ml of the juice I really want costs more than that.
You questioned the price, but you were respectful about it and you actually thought it out. A huge difference.
You are why I ordered the Boysenberry Pancakes LOL Shamrock Shake was the first I ordered and it was love at first poof

Ok I will make a comment on this. The Novi location is not a take over place... I was looking at moving EVERYTHING there... You have a company I use a lot right next door. Ok enough about that lol

Not even getting involved in the shipping conversation. The eggs are an outlier, a bulky item, and...optional. If you don't want to pay the price, don't add them to the cart. 'nuff said.
btw - I really need to stop concentrating on work. I miss all the fun stuff!
