but even at 600 per flavor and then times how many every nic levels.....I would expect a vendor would sell at least 600 bottles of each flavor and each nic level over the life of the flavor?

Still have registration of every flavor and you have to send samples (for normal analogs it is 20 cartons per flavor)

None the less we are not going anywhere ha. I have back up plans for the back up plans! Plus it would take years to get this all in to effect.

Not every vendor does. Then you have to think about cash reserves to cover the cost and survive the down time. A company like MVJ that offers every nic level from 0 - 36 in 1mg increments would definitely have to make changes.

I will wait and see what Walt does. As I said, if I have just one juice it will be Shamrock Shake. Whether I mix myself or as I am now.
I think I read somewhere that you can freeze the base with no ill effects but sure Walt or someone will know this. Even if 18mg or 24 was all that was offered, we could use plain base to get it to the level we wanted and there are testers that are cheap for testing the levels. Plus we have some time for the dust to clear and figure it all out rationally.
Went through this when I had a beauty product business. The soaps weren't much of a problem but the lotions and other things at first were a real pain. I had to be licensed and none ever happened but there was a possibility of spot inspections and all that fun stuff but the labeling was the hardest part and I think the ones that had problems were the ones they saw products with incorrect labels and the ones they checked out. I had to do everything in INCI and not just call it coconut or whatever it was and most I would put the common tern in parentheses so the customer knew what it was. Then I found out that I am not a people person, the customer is not always right and that I wasn't going to tell him he was just to make a sale. Then there were those that were a royal pain that I told them just that and that I didn't need their biz bad enough to have to deal with them. I ended up with a small but great bunch of clients and it was enough to justify things even with shipping to AK.

Hey Walt, while I cannot speak for everyone else (though I am sure I can quickly come to a relatively synonymous conclusion) I for one will continue to offer my support to you and all the other "little" guys in as much as I can. Not only is this an issue related to vaping and e-cigarettes but it goes WAY beyond that where the government has way too much authority and oversight with their faulty and ignorant regulation that utterly destroys capitalism and what has made this country so great to start with.

Maybe it would make sense to have all juices zero nic and include a small tube to be dispensed into the bottle. The tubes would be different sizes but all would have the same concentration. Larger tube for more nic. That way you just mix upon arrival. Only the nic concentrate would need to be tested.
ROFL gonna compare this to something weird....when margarine came out originally the dairy association got bent out of shape because it was going to cut into butter sales.....so they got the FDA or some sort of legislative branch to pass a rule saying margarine could not be yellow......as when it first came out it was more white and looked like lard and ppl would not use it......so to get around the rule margarine was sold with a yellow dye pack.......they could not keep them from doing that
