Glad ya like it SJ...actually I have 2 tanks of it going right now. Finishing one off and gonna clean the tank and letting the other wait it's turn.

Pitch Black is my favorite which surprised me. I didn't try the cherry as far as I know... may have to think about that one sometime. The Sangrita was a close 2nd .

Okay, hitting the Citrus Dew now on single coil wrapped Trident at 0.8 ohm, wicked with Shiseido cotton, and this is spectacular! Spot on Mountain Dew flavor, and exactly what I've been hunting for since I started vaping.

I've tried four of the ten Dews so far and they're all great flavors. I still have to try the Dews I've never drank before like Typhoon, Distortion, Sangrita, etc. so will be a flavorful weekend.

Contact talks sort of went bad. The company that was going to lease us the building canceled due to a "business choice" AKA they did not want an e-liquid shop to open in their plaza. the couple stores we talked to are still in the works last I heard.

Business choice my ....... piss on them for pulling that.
Hopefully it ends up working itself out somewhere else for ya!

OK I am thinking of changing the way my company works... So let me explain, then I reallllllly want your opinion on things.

First off the problem... Did you know I have 200 SKUs o_O, well some products have not moved in over a month and I am dumping / donating some of these batches... OUCH

So here is my thought. We all love the 99 cent sale! So what I was thinking about doing is removing a large amount of flavors and limiting the everyday flavors to the core ones (Shamrock, Baja Blast, RY4, and some of the other everyone buys by the gallon). Then changing the weekly 99 cent sales to a mix of old and new flavors. This would allow someone who for example loves Cherry, to be able to pick up 5 bottles cheap and then they would not need it for a while.

Does that make sense? So say 30 core flavors, then rotating 3 flavors every weekend.

Thoughts? Flames? Voice your opinion.
Remember if you have a favorite and need it now (don't want to wait for it to rotate in), you can order the flavoring and make it yourself. Or if you are lazy like me you can still order you favorite flavor via the custom flavor option on the site

You are talking Juices and not the Flavorings... correct?

It isn't really a discontinuation... just consolidation. I think it makes sense from a business standpoint and from what I can tell so far, this mixing stuff is beyond easy peasy and a great value...

It does sound like my Shamrock won't be on sale often that way... are there any plans for offering the Flavoring for that one in the future?

I rather like the idea, then you would know the juices ahead of time and have them mixed and steeped nicely before mailing.

I really wouldn't have a problem with you doing a weekly sale of perhaps 3 or 5 on rotation and otherwise everything else could be had through base/flavoring. You are making what I consider "complete" flavorings where you don't have to do so many drops of this and that to get what you want, just open a vial or 2 and shake and wait... or vape.

Those you are dumping/donating... you have time or energy to do a contest with those flavors only? Would generate traffic to the site and help you in the process.

Just don't want to see you spread yourself too thin and then the whole mess start to suffer or burn out... I think you have a lot of irons in the fire right now and this seems like a good plan or start in the right direction.

bringing this around so maybe Walt can answer my question
again ty

Hey Reddhott,

Sorry I missed it. Menthol and Tobacco will be SUPER thick, and can be gel like if colder.

Orange and Grape have strong "Skin taste" at the beginning, then smooth out over steeping time. I would give those at least 2 weeks from a fresh batch made yourself.

Hope this helps :D

actually this make a LOT of sense......you do not have to keep juices that do not move that often on hand but they are still around if some one knows of the flavor and needs to order it

I too can see the benefit of the core/occasional idea. It must take a crazy amount of storage space (and tied-up capital) to keep so many flavours in stock. With everyone shouting for pre-steeped, ready-to-vape juices too, it makes sense to concentrate on a smaller range.

There are a few ways you could recoup something on those you don't want to keep in stock now - $.99 mystery flavour at chosen nic ratio with any 2 bottles ordered, a clearance sale, etc.

Be fun to watch for them coming round again knowing that they're optimal quality, and it'll help those of us who are terrible at making decisions!
