I haven't had any problem with my peach or vanilla either. I didn't get chocolate so don't know about that one but not really a choc person. Yes, by what my son says, I refill mine too many times between cleanings
Yeah I know people who could go weeks without cleaning coils, me though when I used tank cleaned them every night, with a rda I can go longer bout 2-3 days before cleaning. But I'm picky lol

I'm guessing they're very busy filling weekend orders. While I've never received a KJ gift card myself, I believe they are usually provided via e-mail in the form of a code to be entered on the checkout screen.

Log on to your acct at Killer Juice and look in the menu on the left on main page. Check store credit and see if it's there if not just PM Walt he will def take care of you
