I got my first DIY order! I love these little vials of flavors :)
I'm stuck on vaping my Mt. Dew juices from the July sale and Pirate's Cove, I think they have been my favorites! Might need to slow down on my Pirate's Cove stash though... I no longer see it listed on the website.

Still haven't heard back regarding that clear jamocha shake that I received. I've tried one bottle of milky caramel from the same order and didn't enjoy the taste at all, odd because caramel is my absolute favorite and what got me off the cigs for good! I think I'll just toss the whole order and call it a loss. I love these sales and it makes it easy to toss the juice I can't vape!

Say what?! o_O

I know I seen your email. I thought we already reshipped the whole order...

Got my order. Man anti venom is so sweet. The custard is a little Smoky for my taste, gonna steep it. Bomb pop and Baja blast... Amazing. Very impressed my second go round wish I got more on the sale. Any new 50% off sales coming Soon?!

Walt is known for just fixing things and you don't know until it shows up at your door . I bet it is on the way already and if not he will find out why not :) I skipped milky caramel because it said milky and have issues with creams. Jamocha shake is good and worth vaping if it isn't clear . think the three stooges stop in and mix flavors once in a great while or maybe it was the cats .. who kept sending the cats over to walk ?

I've never had a problem with kj and if i did i know the would go above and beyond to fix it just read this thread farther back and you can see how excellent cs they have!
Now other vendors not to be named iv had orders come in with bad lids and i decent amount of juice leaked out during transfer. I sent them a polite email with pictures just to let them know theigjt have some faulty lids i didn't ask for a refund or another bottle even.. But the reply i got back was and im paraphrasing "sorry to hear that but from the pictures its not enough to qualify for a refund" im like ... i didn't even ask for one you just lost a customer (i didn't say that to them.) all i was expecting was a "thanks" and a "i'll look into that."
Anyways back off my soapbox urg im off to sit at my mail box till my order come in (Dang usps and bad tracking...)

revisted Boblo's Island last night...mmm man it just keeps getting better the longer it sits...on my 2nd tank in a row of it and i usually switch flavors every hr or so


ps wed order shipped out on thurs...wow! that usual for ordering on 1st day of the sale or ya'll just super on the ball lately?

If there was a ball, we are on it haha.

Ok so Walt may be MIA a bit on here while I work on some issues. The inconsistency of our bottles is pissing me off. When we moved we separated the lab from the store and sadly I have been focused more on the store than the lab lately. Today I am back in the lab, and filling bottles myself. The goal is to get this issue sorted out and taken care of. Sorry everyone.
