What I find kind of funny, is why is my order in Chicago? You'd think it would be quicker going through Detroit:laugh:

After using it for a while, my vanilla coke is burning/ tasting off too. Maybe it's just a top coil thing, gets too hot? Maybe recommend to use it on lower volts and higher resistance coils...
I recommended just that earlier in the thread =p

I have 1.8 coils but can get a little higher...not sure what but under 2.5 I think. I have a cherry coke flavor and I so don't want to burn another coil that was awful. Would a 1.8 coil work on say 3.3v?

My itaste battery showed up today.
Messing with the wattage and voltage has really enhanced the flavors of my existing supply of juices, especially the background flavors. I just realized I skipped dinner when my stomach started growling loudly. My taste buds are telling me have some more Chocolate Tobacco instead of dinner

1.8 at 3.3 gives you just over 6 watts, which is a bit higher than I liked it at - in both tanks I found it best at 5 watts or less. With my 2.7 ohm cartotank at 4.2 volts(fresh battery), it tasted pretty bad, and that's only 6.5 watts.

If you only have VV, not VW, and you're using 1.8ohm, don't set it above 3 volts. That'll be 5 watts.

If you had a 2.4, you could possibly get away with 3.3 volts

Just loaded up some red label (or whatever we are calling that ;) ), it was the only one that didn't get the blue raspberry bath, and it is absolutely awesome. The perfect throat hit, excellent vapor, and although it only has a slight tobacco flavor it is perfect. It packs quite the punch of nic because of the perfect vapor I get with a 3.7W with a 2.2 Ohm coil.

Man that's just cool to learn. When my Vanilla Coke stuff arrives I'll follow your suggestion.
I went here http://www.csgnetwork.com/ohmslaw2.html so I could figure out how to do the math myself next time since I'll also be using eGo twists without manual wattage control at times along with my itaste

Wattage will basically give you your vaping temperature, and is the product of resistance and voltage. VW mods just let you skip the calculation.

My itaste won't let me manually drop below 6 watts. With me being new to this whole thing and it looks like I'll inevitably use every flavor Walt makes it's good to know ahead of time how to improve bad flavoring vapes I may encounter.
Thank you again

I have both the vv3 and the VTR - for new juices, I use the VTR which does 3 - 15 watts and has fired coils as low as .6 ohms.

Boo. Mine only goes down to 3.3 and all I have is the 1.8 coils.

Here
I just got my juice and here's my 2 cents.

Cream Lickable - Max VG - Needs more flavor - I get hints of vanilla an orange but not quite there.
Mocha with a shot of caramel - 40/60 I believe - The coffee is VERY strong. I can't really taste the caramel.
Hawaiian Punch - 40/60 - It's good. I get the punch. Another one that needs stronger flavor.
Deadly Peach - 40/60 - On point. A good peach. Once again could be stronger.

Please keep in mind I like strong high VG flavors. I like flavors that pop and these don't pop as they are (my opinion). We all have different pallets. If they add flavor shots and customizable PG/VG ratios, I think this juice can be right on. My first order is very vapeable. It just doesn't knock my socks of yet. But they do have potential.

All in all, they've just begun. Adding natural ingredients and Walt's knowledge I feel this juice could be a game changer.

Here
This is quite the conundrum really, VG is terrible at carrying flavor.

If you DIY you can test this, add 1 part flavor to 10 parts VG and do the same with PG. The PG will be much more flavorful.

You vape high power?

Very true. That's why when I have the option, I always get flavor shots. I also prefer the thick full vapor of VG. Add good full flavor to that and I'm in heaven.

I usually vape a single coil around 1.0 ohms. It's all personal preference.

My coils are 2.1 and 2.3. I did the math and it should be able to run at about 5 watts with no problem in vv mode at around 3.2-3.3 volts.
I'm real happy with running the itaste at 3.7 volts on my 2.3 coils right now with Cherrywood, Menthol Blend and Chocolate Tobacco. Honey Tobacco tastes a little strange (like a cigalike warm chemically taste . It comes from the wicks getting too dry I suppose?) at that point but dropping the voltage brings the honey taste back after a few puffs.
I'm not a big fan of not being in control and the lack of information usps tracking is showing on my 2 orders right now isn't helping. The itaste showed it was still in California this morning then suddenly got both moved from Los Angeles and delivered on the same day according to its tracking this afternoon. I guess superman saw it needed to get to my house in Virginia by tomorrow-Thursday ( estimated delivery date was a range of 3 days) and didn't have anything better to do so he gave me a pleasant surprise?
