WEATHER DELAYS

Our office got hit pretty good. We currently do not have power so trying to mix PG in -10 F is not the best :p

I talked to the post office and was told all the packages were delayed and are more than likely stuck at the airport. She said that the weather has back logged everyone's goods where they have not even had the acceptance scan showing up. Packages that left Saturday I was told could still be in our local post office. o_O

Here is how our shipping works, we print a label and mark the envelope right away. Then it goes to our stock room. From there they grab the bottles and seal it. We try to always ship same day.

Once in a while there is a flavor that may not be ready, so we will always ship what we have and then notify you via email. (a couple people should have received emails about Hawaiian Punch for example.)

Please allow for some wiggle room with the shipments. Our office was closed yesterday and today, but any order placed up to Monday mid day (before I lost power) was shipped. :p
Any order from Monday night, till now will ship in the morning.

Again, I sincerely apologize for the delay.

All customers on file will see credit added to your account for a free bottle on us.
