It's easy when you don't have to deal with them. It is odd to not have a package track at all after 60+ hours of it being in their possession.

I had two delivered yesterday. One showed that it was scanned in Detroit, then nothing. The other showed electronic shipping info received. ONLYthat. Nothing else. And they both arrived yesterday.

Don't blame Walt. It really is USPS. For some reason they are not updating anything.

I have made the issue known so others who read the posts can be assured it's just the P.O. not doing their job.

It is what it is.

Once again I just don't want to see a good vendor look bad because of something he has little control over. Walt goes out of his way and shouldn't have to, he does his job.

This should have been something you discussed with the vendor in private just my personal opinion.

As you stated Walt has no control over usps. To further that statement other purchases made by everyone else have gotten to their destination showing this is not a common issue with Walt.

The more this gets brought up in the open forum the more it reflects on Walt to anyone new to this thread.

It was brought up because it's a common issue, this isn't a private matter.

It isn't a reflection of Walt, but it does have to do with deliveries emulating from his business.

Others having this issue will see this and think OK no worries then.

I just don't agree sorry. I don't believe this belonged in this thread especially to the extent it has.
Personally if you have to include I don't blame the vendor in your post it's probably an issue that can be misconstrued by others or you wouldn't have taken the time to put it there. This is a private issue to take up with the vendor. Or you as a paying customers for shipping could always call usps and file the complaints where they truly belong.

Here comes the epic post where I try to sum everything up... Sorry if I wrote a short reply to you but I wanted to address everyone :D

The Reds is pretty good, i only have tried one other tobacco flavors to compare it too (halo tribeca), which was a little too sweet for me with its honey. This one has a very subtle vanilla'esque after taste only. I like the throat hit on thi 18 mg :)

On another note im by the sink just now trying for the life of me with gorilla strength and a toothpick trying to get some liquid to come out of my coca cola bottle. Looks clogged and getting my hands tired. Only able to get 2 drops out so far :/. Not sure what to do or if its even suppose to be this gooey and sundried glucose like. The only bottle with a different cap and a sealer. Pretty clogged tip.

I am sorry as we explore new bottle venders we are trying to learn what works best. We can send you a different bottle if you would like until the glass ones come in, just let me know.

Tastes good, im liking it alot but not even close. Imo its basically a very subtle vanilla. I've read somewhere it's really nearly impossible to get pure tobacco flavor without any hints of sweetness, pretty sure im wrong on all accounts here though lol. If walt can do a pure hard tobacco flavorless i'b buy large amounts right away.
We do use actual ingredients from tobacco, but some people complain that the smell and taste is harsh so we have to add a smoothing agent in to it. If you would ever like to try raw tobacco just send me a message or order it in the custom product.

after testing your juices and sharing them with other vapers (coworkers/friends), i am putting in a biggish (~$80) order in tonight because they all love one flavour or another and want to try more. i just wanted to say from my buddies and me, thank you. you are a pretty good/great mixer. when you arent on point, you change it up based on testing and thats great. i deal a lot with computers and customer service is a big thing for me. definitely 5 stars. top 5 vendors for liquid for me. when i get an off day, ill definitely write some reviews on your site (surprised noone else has yet). also, monster is one of my favorite drinks and for you to make it a juice...amazing. ive tried one other one and it was bad.

thank you again walt for being awesome (criticism, shipping, asking for suggestions, etc) and you have definitely made some vapers very happy and more importantly made it easier for them to limit or quit smoking analogs.

It was processed finally this morning, thanks for trying to help.

According to what you said it was dropped off at the P.O. on the 23rd but wasn't processed until January 26, 2014 , 12:02 am. Your post office is holding packages for two+ days and that is unacceptable by any standards, even USPS.

I know you said you filed a complaint but apparently it didn't help Walt, I'm not trying to be difficult but at the same time I'm not sure if I would place another order based on your local P.O. practices. I would hate to see you lose business because your a great guy and your customer service is A++.

On a bigger order I think it would be worth offering FedEx Shipping.
This has been an issue for us ever since the winter storms hit. We did file a complaint with USPS and are working with a rep from Washington, DC on this matter. It is from my understanding that what was going on was the person picking up the packages was not doing the acceptance scan on them. This caused them to sit in a backroom until someone from the branch did it. When I personally went there and talked to the Post Master I was told they did not have the time or man power to do this. That is where the complaint and our rep has now stepped in. Per the rules governing mail they are not allowed to do this. The rep has advised me that an agent would be at the post office on Friday last week to deal with this. I am pretty sure something happened because all packages that went out on Friday are showing up from what I can see. Our mail was delivered by the actual postmaster on Friday (I was honestly scared when I seen her.)
Changes are being made and as of the new rules (not sure if anyone caught this) starting today they increased the prices for First Class Packages, but about 30-40 cents and are claiming it is a 3 day service. I am not sure if that will have any effect but I hope it does.

I don't doubt I will get the package. We pay the shipping costs and certainly should be assured that a package will be delivered on a timely basis, it's why there are different classes of packages for different priorities. If packages are going to take random amounts of time then the cost of shipping should reflect this.

My issue is the label was printed and according to Walt shipped that evening, it wasn't processed until three days later....it should be sitting at my P.O. instead of Detroit
Your package was prepared that evening and prepped for shipping. USPS picks up the mail at 10am. So your merchandise was not picked up until the following day. This is where that added delay comes in for 1 day that I talked about above that I am fighting them about after picking up packages.
Hey Walt another vendor I used awhile back had this same issue with usps. He battled with them for months but in the end what fixed his problem was to to just have a set shipping schedule like Monday Wed Fri and to have an employee drive them to another town. Hopefully having the priority flatrate will fix the problem but it's just another option to go to another post office. I do a lot of online shopping and sadly enough this is quite common for some towns to hold packages for days and others to immediately ship. Also with the new usps system priority is set for 2 or 3 days so hopefully they are required to follow that. Cheers and btw I forgot I had this Honey Tea and this ones anther winner. Gonna add this to my reorder list. Also like the above poster mentioned I need to get onto your site and review your flavors like I told u I would in a pm. We all should because I think it would help out Walt with his customers who don't frequent ecf. To bad we can't review your Customer service because you always go above and beyond. :beer::beer:

This is a good idea, we are trying to get added to the business bulk route so it is not a normal carrier that does residential, and businesses. There is a driver that hits 3 places in my town and then goes to neighboring towns. From there he goes straight to the Detroit hub.

I know how usps works I online shop way to much :p. But I've personally dropped off packages in bulk and they don't scan them right away. Not like if you drop off one package and they do it infront of u. They take them and put them behind the counter and scan them at their convience

Thanks Walt, as I said your customer service is excellent.

My mistake about when the packages were shipped, I must have assumed since most vendors I deal with ship at the end of a business day.

Nothing I have said is a stab at you in anyway. I never insinuated or even thought it was your fault, I knew it wasn't.

Still excited to try your juice as I'm always on the prowl for the best quality for the best price.

I got the chocolate mint, but with my current setup I don't taste the chocolate - 1 ohm single microcoil on my Helios with rayon wick. Seems to amplify the mint in everything I put through it, so I'm just waiting till Monday when I can pick up my kayfuns that arrived Friday.

The Blue Moon is great Walt. I'm not sure what it is, but I'm getting a nice ice cream flavor.
I am loving the Strawberry. A nice natural strawberry taste. It's exactly what I was looking for.
I still can't figure out my mystery flavor though. I'm thinking pomegranite. Am I right?? Cranberry??
