Hey guys, I am trying to reply as fast as I can to emails.
Thanks as always for your feedback.
With the new Euro glass we will always include a pipette so you can remove the cap and use that instead.
Due to the amount of orders today we are about out of the new glass bottles and are waiting on a shipment to come on Wednesday.
This means some orders of the free juices may ship in the old plastic style. Remember we will keep both options open to you, If the glass does not work for you, just request plastic or an extra pipette

I received my order today that was placed last Thursday night. First, awesome fast shipping. Second, this hot cocoa smells so good, I am confident it will be a repeat. Now, if only I had an empty tank to put it in.

Ok, maybe I'm missing something here, or my blonde has soaked thru to my brain, but I don't see any pipette in my package. I got all eight of my bottles, but that's it. And for the life of me, I can't get the bottle to start dripping, despite trying your tips in an earlier post. Am I just really dense or what?
I do love the look of the bottles though, look great! Now if I can just figure out how to get the darn liquid out!!!

Me? No.
I got it last week. I store my bottles on their side in a dark box also . The dominant flavor is pepper, followed by cream with a hint of chocolate mint.

Make sure you leave it in the facing down position, you should see air bubbles starting to bubble up from the breather hole. That means it is starting to flow. You just have to wait about 10 seconds and it should start dripping out. It will be slow at first until the bottle is primed.

How low can you get the voltage? Higher resistance coils could be an option as well.

I am worried that maybe these bottles are not the best design
I Was concerned when the word dropper wasn't included
Air out? If you mean let some sit in a clearomizer it seems the longer it sits the greater the pepper taste. The tank I tried today has been sitting filled since Saturday.

No, just take the cap off the bottle and let it sit on a closet shelf in the dark.
I have not tried my blue moon yet but it has the overwhelming smell of alcohol so I plan on letting it air out before I try it.

Read on the 3rd or 4th page that your office is in bay city, MI. You should DEFINITELY open a store somewhere in south east Michigan. There's no real vendors around here, just some local smoke shops here and there, but I'm sure you would get a lot of business! (Specifically from me lol)...for some reason I hate waiting for products when I order online lol I'd prefer local pick-up
Reason why I say southeast area is because grand rapids area already has some bigger stores that sell popular brands (although I couldn't name any right now off the top of my head)
