Ok I wanted to address something with the cream flavors. It has came to my attention that the cream in the Valentine's Day Gift pack did not do well in the sub zero cold weather.

The cream passed all quality control testing, and I even vaped what we have here in office. It taste perfect. What seems to have happen is that when the bottles left out warehouse they must have froze during shipping. Due to the way the flavor is made the flavor must have broke down. This has caused a spoiled milk smell, and a very weak sour tasting vape. We suspended all cream flavors the second we starting getting reports and spent a lot of time lab testing to find the root of the cause.

Natural flavors are not the easiest thing to work with and to be honest in all my years of working with flavors I have never had something like this happen. (We do not freeze any flavors). We have tested every single flavor to find if this could effect something else besides creams.

That being said some people have reported no problems at all. It really had a lot to do with when the item shipped. If you have an issue please let me know and I can take care of you right away.

In the future we will add a new freezer test to our quality control testing. I hope that this does not leave a bad taste in your mouth about Killer juice. It is my goal to always make the best natural flavors out there and at this time I feel that I have failed our fans, and our customers.

Thank you again for understanding. If you have any questions please let me know.

Your friend,
Walt

Great customer service never leaves a bad taste in my mouth! Thanks for making it right Walt!

I think anyone who has been here or has ordered and communicated with you at all knows that customer service and quality product are your priorities. That said...strawberry is Delicious! I was having a frustrating juice night, unable to taste and not feeling satisfied. I decided to break into the strawberry even though I haven't had it long. Perfect solution!

This has happened to most of mine from the Valentines pack. I also noticed that after having my kayfun with me working outside (-15 wind chill) it also happened to Blue Moon

Thanks guys. I just want to be open and honest with everyone.

Not only open and honest, but generous as well.

I made my first order with Walt a few weeks ago, and was very impressed. Fast-forward another order or two later, and a few emails back and forth, and Walt hooked it up bigtime! He had correctly guessed that I was in the military and deployed due to my APO shipping address. I had sent him a note with a recent order asking if he could include a small sample bottle of a tobacco flavor for another servicemember who had shown interest in switching over from analogs and was a 1-2PAD Marlboro Light smoker. (By the way, quitting smoking during a deployment...let me tell you, do not recommend, it can be really tough!) Long story short, a bright blue envelope shows up with my order of 9 bottles, plus full-sized bottles of his Marlboro Light and his Cherrywood Tobacco flavor. But that wasn't all...also crammed in there were 2 basic EVOD kits he had "laying around" complete with batts and charger.

There are now 2 new Killer Juice customers happily puffing away and I guarantee they will be placing orders soon. One of them is/was a 20+ year smoker, and has now gone 2 full days without a cigarette thanks to Walt. His words this morning: "Where can I get some more of this stuff? I'm sold."

Walt brother, thanks a ton, you have no idea how big this stuff is and how much of an impression things like this make on a customer. Or maybe you do, I don't know. I do know that you're the first and only juice vendor I've ever bought from more than once, and can tell you without a doubt that with the exception of a couple "boutique" juices here and there from independant companies, Killer Juice has earned the other 99% of my business for as long as you're around.

To all others, take note. Walt is throwing down the guantlet when it comes to service, price AND quality...a rare combo. If you're somehow still on the fence about trying his wares, stop it. Get over to the website and order his juice!

Cheers,
Jason

Smh, my clearos & cartos are starting to go. I want to try more but hardware not keeping up with all these flavors lol. Got a new mech clone in (nemesis) & waiting on a dripper so i can try out a variety of flavors easier lol. I'll be checking back for more tobacco flavors from ya soon :). What would you say is your boldest flavor (very light on sweet/cream base) to try? I'd use the custom order option but not too good with the intricacies of balancing the ingredients heh.

Hey everyone! Thank you for your feedback!

We are glad that you got everything Jason and look forward to helping more! Your orders will always be "boosted" :p
Anyone who gets packages overseas to a military post office will always find free gifts from me!

As for the Cherry Berry Chiller, it is ready and in stock. I just was holding it back waiting on marketing and the traffic to cool off from the Venom release. If you want to get it as a custom flavor you can do that :p Also Ginger Ale is ready too but I just have not had the time to get it all up and running.

Darn, I thought the USPS got their stuff together. I had two orders leave on the 9th, both were accepted in Bay City on the 10th. One just got here, and the other is still in Bay City. Something must have happened to it though, the tracking number showed accepted into Bay City, then the next day it said the tracking # never existed. It is back to showing it in Bay now. It was just a little venom sampler kit, but I don't want my gummy snakes going stale ;)

My venom sampler is kinda in the same boat, was there disappeared, then showed back up in Michigan BUT still shows an anticipated delivery date of tomorrow. Each time I've run into that before it did show up on or before anticipated delivery and the tracking caught up later.
USPS is trying to get into package delivery first but still lacks the infrastructure to keep up with the big dogs and many of the employees mindset is resisting the change. Scanning packages isn't being accepted as a new norm by many at USPS. My local carrier got in the habit of scanning as DELIVERED before starting his route to save time. He delivers his mail per neighborhood then goes back and delivers his packages after finishing his route. I'll get my mail about 2pm, packages about 5pm unless I'm home and hear his truck in front of the house. Then I'll go remind him he's got a package for me and he'll grab it and give it to me. The supervisor at my local post office has trained her employees not to sort what comes in during the morning until the evening, basically putting everything a day behind. Even if I see it's at the post office and try to go get it, it's in a shrink wrapped pallet that they aren't allowed to open until the evening . They start sorting about an hour before closing and I'm her words " please don't come back because we won't have time to get your package because we're busy sorting it"
Of course others may have different results but my post office is still stuck in the late 20th century mentally.
