Walt I'm soooo bummed out I refused Shipment #100000921 for Order #100001418 they broke my skull box was in a plastic bag, out side was big time smell of vanilla I do hope you still have 1 left I didn't open the box think I'll be drinking a lot tonight!!!!!! I was so lookin forward to good head today. )

Think Walt May of ...... them off Aways callin and btchin, he had FRAGILE GLASS on label so not sure that they did it on purpose or not we may never know bummer he went to cabin but I do hope he has a great time mayb he will shoot a Moose so he can make my Moose Liver & Onion flavor one can hope right?

You are kidding me. I am going to flip out when I get it back. WOW... I will have a new one sent out UPS.

I paid for insurance on it but that will take a year to get...

I should video tape my "talk" with them. Whoa I am hot right now. Sorry man.

These are the reasons why we have to switch. It is sickening how this kind of thing happens. We triple wrapped that skull and it was even in it's own foam packing.

Just a heads up we sold out of the pre-steeped Vanilla Custard :O

I will have to make more on Monday and it can come back in stock Wednesday. If you already order it, I have enough to feel them and maybe a few more.

I placed an order Thurday, and then another larger order Friday... But only my first order is showing when I log into my account. Even under invoices in my account it only shows one order. I got emails and confirmations for both orders. Hmmm. Is anyone else having this issue? Both orders came off out of my bank through PayPal tho....
