Before bottling we use a special stainless steel drum. These are like what you find Olive Oil in:

56063_large.jpg

From there it goes in to a storage room for 48 hours and waits to be used. This room is always kept darker and cool. We do not allow sun light to heat the metal in anyway. Now I do not leave them uncovered. I find that when you do this dust and other things could fall in to the mix... EWw

The goal is to allow everything to infuse together. The different elements do not mix well together so sometimes we do come in and will spin turn them around a but to mix them up every so often.

The best time to wait in 2 weeks in my testing. Due to the nature of the business we sadly can not wait that long but can promise you 48 hours minimum. If a flavor is not used a lot it normally is left to steep longer.

Hope this helps.

Walt

so how much does that drum hold and how much is your juice by the drum????????

We use 1 to 25 L drums. The price of the drums range from $70 -> $200 per (that is the drum alone)

So doing some math... That would be about $9158 for a whole 25L drum o_O LOL
I think that may be overkill HA

Still too excited for words. Walt does a lot of juices that I like but if I could have only one juice out of all the juices anywhere, it would be Shamrock Shake. Now to figure out how much to order...99 cent sale is the 15 ml but the larger ones are also discounted $4 each...

Hey Joan, remember these? How long would one of these last you?

Walt, what's the weekend sales price on this bad boy?

I have a quick question about the natural extract flavorings, would it be possible lets say to buy BANANA FLAVORING CONCENTRATE ans add it to the Banana E-juice that I have from another vendor that still tastes like nothing. Could I had this to help it out?

Personally I would not. We do a lot of testing to make sure there is no interactions or problems with our mixes.

Thanks for the quick replies Walt! So I guess I won't be adding the flavors to my old yuk juices.
But if I am understanding correctly, I can by a base nicotine mix from you, a couple of flavors, some empty viles, or bottles and follow some of the recipes on the diy thread. and I will give or take a few but close to 135 ml of juice?

I must be really tired tonight. When I first saw that, I thought it was a semen tank.....

Probably too long unless on that deserted island.

PP was a nice option but I can live without it too although I am surprised that the flavorings for the diy can't be done that way because they are really no different than the flavoring oils I got for my lip luxuries... you can't call them lip balms in an airport... i know this

I think we will start a new DIY thread and I will post some of the flavors I am working on :D
Let you all take a swing at it!

Our all naturally extract flavorings let you experience and savor the full taste of flavor, as nature intended.

Your computer dweebs or whatever you called them should think about fixing this as is on the opening page

Your custard flavoring... do you think it would work in my Thai Tea? I am adding Boblo Custard to it now but have to go 50/50 to get the creamy punch right and it is doing fine with this juice OR should I perhaps take the flavoring and add to my custard and then add that to this Thai Tea? I wouldn't be able to vape the custard by itself after that but planning on another bottle of that one when I order Shamrock later today.

Your recipe for making that Orange Fudge or Strawberry or whatever looks good. Will end up making that sometime. Real fudge people not juice... check it out.

I probably have more questions but will wait til later for them :)

ADD: Another question... do you have pics of what the vials of flavoring look like?

You should be ok with the custard, I am testing some tea flavors and mixed it with my Chai tea, it was geat... Granted I honestly have no clue so... as a lawyer would say, I have no opinion haha.

Thanks for pointing out that error... I have sent that minion to the flame thrower!

I read that all creams have diketones.. Just not all diacetyl.

If not diacetyl, it is usually either, acetoin or acytyl propionyl or both.

Read the exact lines that if a vendor claims to have no diketones at all they are either ignorant, lying, or won't taste like creams/custards.

OK since you guys are talking about custard ingredients I have to note that a girl on ECF said she is afraid to vape them because she heard people use 'beaver milk' to make the flavors..and its supposed to be bad for you..

Now i know she is probably just trolling.. but figured you guys could use a good laugh like I did when I read it :)

Hmmm...Beaver Milk... ranks right up there with Bunny Juice on my list of funny e-juice flavor names.
