Hey Guys....So I just stumbled across Killer juice, had no idea about it until just now.

I never tried DIY ejuice but it almost looks like this company has it pre-set for dummies? Do you just buy one of the large base bottles and throw in a full vial (or two as the website says) and that's it? Or I guess you could measure out like 10 different flavors to be the equivalent of 1-2 full vials and just use that... My main questions are: 1 - is what I just said correct? and 2 - If I were to mix 1-2 vials in that 12mg/ml nic base wouldn't that reduce the nic content per milliliter, or is that already taken into consideration and the base actually contains a higher milligram per milliliter nic content?

I also just ordered my 1st set of DYI or ( shake & vape ) lol and I was told by SJ you just mix 2 flavors to one base ! And shake

You got it! And the ratio/mg content is factored in to adding 15%-16% flavoring (which is what their house juices contain).

Also, use the coupon code shakeNvape for a discount on diy stuff. There is also word of a bigger diy sale coming soon.

I just mixed up a 10ml batch of Raspberry Cheesecake.
8ml Base
1ml Raspberry
1ml Cheesecake

It's tasty right out the gate! Can't wait to see how it evolves with steeping.

Oh, that's cool. So basically you can just take a little of the base out and mix in a small amount of the extracts to make 100 different combos...I didn't think of that! How much does it wind up costing you for a 15ml bottle, roughly?

I guess it would depend on how many flavors you mixed to make a 15ml bottle. But I think (and I may be way off here) a 2 flavor 15ml mix would be a little over a dollar. But.. I R Be Maths Dumb.

As a consolation prize though, here is the other DIY thread for Killer Juice:

My take on the labels...

In general, nice and clean, does what you intended.

In particular, I hate, absolutely hate, that the name isn't on the label. How will I know what to reorder if I like it? I guarantee you that if I have to search my email account for a receipt from a previous purchase to find the name I won't which means no reordering. If your flavors were all single item like banana or coffee or snicker doodle I'd be OK with it, but when they have complex combinations or worse names that give no clue at all what it is like Pluid I don't even try them. At least with your oddly named ones you have a reasonable description of what its supposed to be. And the pictures give at least half a clue too, I like that which was why I was willing to read the descriptions.

Another particular, not a big deal to me, apparently not to you, but the incorrectly labeled capacity is dangerous. All you need is either an over zealous by the numbers type or to anger the wrong person and I could see all shipments confiscated or police closing down a B&M if you have one. I think you really need to correct that.

Let's say non sale price and high nic

8$ base
4$ 2vials
12 dollar total.

Let's say u make a modest 8 bottles
That's 1.5$ a 15ml bottle
That's .10c per ml.
That's using most expensive nic base and regular priced vials. Also you would Prolly get closer to 9 bottles.

Hey bsoplinger,

You do bring up some good points and I should have explained a couple things better before posting everything. Complex flavors like Blue Moon, Anti Venom, Cherry Berry Chiller, and other super complex ones will still have the name on them. The only ones that will not are the ones that should be simple to tell... For example strawberry milk shake, or even Apple. Hope that clarifies that better.

As for the incorrectly typed bottle size it was corrected before mass production was started of the labels. The US only requires that the oz be listed on a product label. While an over site by the graphics department it will not effect the anything we are selling online. (Wholesale orders get a different label style)

Hope that clears some items up there :D

I am SUPER excited that the the DIY section is taking off. If for some reason the FDA was to ban e-liquid or make everyone send it labels, you will still be able to vape! We will get the unflavored bases pass FDA rules and go only to DIY if as some would say "Sh*# hits the fan" :D

What causes juice to go bad or stale is exposure to heat, sunlight, and oxygen. Keep them stored in a dark cool place and you can get more life out of them.

You rock thank you!
