A big Killer juice shout out to SPC Joseph Mondrey, congratulations on quitting analogs. It is super hard to go from 3 packs a day to only vaping so fast. Your letter inspired us and we want to help!
SPC Joseph Mondrey's new goal is to get everyone he knows to quit smoking around him as well when he gets back from active duty soon. I love Walt. I'm a new customer to this company, and let me tell you, first off my order was lost, ANY other company I would've gotten so fed up I wouldn't have even bothered. Walt and his team were VERY VERY helpful. He went ahead and sent out another order for me. I will be receiving my first order on Monday and yet I just placed another order because even if the juice isn't my thing (Which from all the great reviews I'm sure that won't be the case) I would force myself to like it because of how awesome Walt and his team are and how excellent the customer service is.
If every company ran like Killer-Juice, I don't think our economy would be so crappy.

Walty wonka I've got a question for ya, my order(#100008656) was marked shipped Friday, and according to USPS.com its still in preshipment? Im hoping this is just a oversight, and not the usps losing another package, like what happened to buffalo (i think that's who it was) thanks.
I just got off the phone with Walt, and I know most people are going to think I'm a .... kisser, but I mean, what a guy, what a freaking good dude. Great company, great customer service. I'm just lost for words with how excellent this company is.
I got my first KJ order over the weekend, and I could smell the Baja through the envelope (no, it didn't leak). I have to say, it smells like the soda does, so I am encouraged. Haven't tried the juice I got yet, because all the tanks I have already have juice in them. I'll report back once I can get one rinsed out/new coil put in.

DoomiteAsh (p.s. LOVE THE NAME) same here, I smelled the Sour Apple and Swedish Fish outside of the envelope and I was like "UGH freaking juice bottles exploded or broke" and to my surprise inside of the envelope was drier than a dessert LOL.

That would be USPS forgetting to close out the shipments from Friday and not scanning the sheets... UGH
I am getting reports from different people about this issue. One person it said preshipment and was delivered today

I am just pumped it showed up. Sometimes they scare me with where these things end up.
No only are the orders shipping out today but Walt is on the ball!
