Last month in September we had 94 packages lost costing Killer juice over $1,300...

Of that we recovered $164.95 (insurance)

I can understand that and that just isn't right. I would be more than willing to accept my loss if that happened but I also wouldn't order anything from the end of Oct thru mid January because of all the holiday surge. Learned about that too when living in AK.

I suppose you have to do what you must and then what we do is up to each of us.

I was looking to see where Free Shipping kicked in and see the term but not the amount. It also talks about returns... no other juice company I know of accepts returns as the items may be tainted, even with the tamper proof ring on them. They just don't accept returns because of the nature of the product.

We accept returns and honestly toss them in the trash. That is gross lol

I worked out a deal where Priority shipping would be a flat $5 (with the $100 insurance plan)

i could pay 5 for priority. thats similar to what ive paid for regular shipping and it might get here even faster.

Glad you got everything sorted out! I am willing to pay that much more for insurance, especially if it will help to keep you from eating it on lost packages. Quick off topic question though, did you want reviews on the blueberry cheesecake you sent out for free the other week? Working my way through it, and willing to review any and all juice I ordered. I am still working my way through some older flavors, but will get to my dews soon!

Same here. Walt said it doesn't sell well...dang, I would buy it by gallons if I were just a bit richer!

White Chocolate Flavoring is on the list??? Unbelievable... I have tried white chocolate flavoring from other vendors and they don't come close... sheesh... they aren't even in the race. You sell that much more of the cream soda flavoring than the white choccie???

I ordered another White chocco yesterday in that order... if I had known would have ordered a couple more.

Just tried the wild west. Not my cup of tea. Tastes like an American cigar I had once. Tobacco tastes bad to me recently. I do like the white chocolate tobacco tho. I will not be buying wild west again. Cleaned my rda and flavor still transferring a little.

White Chocolate was removed due to our lil cold weather issue. Remember last winter how it turned to pepper for some people? I will always have it here and can mix it for you just let me know on your order.

Walt, I hope the red hot it's not a permanent deletion. I know I haven't ordered tons of it, but yours is the best cinnamon candy flavor I've ever had, and cinnamon is a great winter vape! (Oooh, I just had a thought...wonder how that flavor would be in your popcorn recipe!?!)

Yippee!!! and Thanks!!! Not sure why cold would turn it to pepper... it is thicker to start than the others and actually reminds me of melted cocoa butter.

Another thing.... you always tout this ejuice and that ejuice... you need to give your flavorings some love too
