I can understand that and that just isn't right. I would be more than willing to accept my loss if that happened but I also wouldn't order anything from the end of Oct thru mid January because of all the holiday surge. Learned about that too when living in AK.
I suppose you have to do what you must and then what we do is up to each of us.
I was looking to see where Free Shipping kicked in and see the term but not the amount. It also talks about returns... no other juice company I know of accepts returns as the items may be tainted, even with the tamper proof ring on them. They just don't accept returns because of the nature of the product.
