I agree Lisa! There's WAY too much money to be had from this! But I'm stocking up cuz of the way the prices and such will go! Excessive taxing, regulating! Controlling my vaping?! i don't think so:laugh:

And there you go. I'm stocked to the rafters here with mods and supplies. I point blank, no way, no how will hand over control of my vaping nor hand over one red cent to the government for my vaping. Heck we'll be saving them so much money in the long run on medical care they should be paying us to vape. Anyone want to start that petition? :D:lol:

Well, my only concern is nic. The rest of the supplies are not related to the evils of evil smoking, and can't be regulated (batteries, kanthal, VG/PG, food flavors). I also have doubts that nic will get banned. I can imagine the taxes on it skyrocketing, or them regulating the strength that is legal to sell.

The first doesn't bother me. If price of nic went up, say, 10 fold, the difference would be very little, since most people buy very small amounts of highly concentrated nicotine. Going from $2/month to $20 is acceptable and does not qualify as a zombie apocalypse.

The second would really concern me. If I understand correctly, there are countries that only allow 4mg/ml nicotine solution, which would be relatively useless to me and most vapers.

Matt, I have a small reserve, started with 500 ml of 24 mg and redistributed it into 60 mg glass bottles and froze it. Since I use it straight from the bottle, it works out great - just take a new one out a few days before the current, unfrozen one runs out. There are some very good threads on here on how to do it properly, which I followed. I am planning to add a couple of liters to that soon, which I will freeze in glass jars capable of holding 500ml. Once i run out of the "smaller bottles" i will reload em. The redistribution process into small bottles requires patience, which I lack. I also plan to stock up on cartos and perhaps add a vv REO to my arsenal.

I did this too, bought 2,000 ML of 100 mg/ml Nic about 14 months ago, transferred to 4 oz (118 ml) cobalt blue bottles from here Cobalt Blue Boston Round Glass Bottle 4 oz w/ Cap, wrapped them in bubble wrap, put them in a 6 pack box and then in the freezer. Just for clarification, the liquid does not freeze, but yes, it is in the freezer. Nic stays fresh and clear for me (doesn't yellow).

Just ordered a couple of liters of 24 mg nic in pg/VG to add to my frozen stash. I previously ordered from wizard labs, but since they are down temporarily, I ordered from my freedom smokes. It was actually less expensive than wizard labs. So far I use about 60 ml per month. This new order and my current stash should last me nearly 4 years!

I keep anything with nic in a safe in my closet out of need - toddler. The past 3 months I've been adding an extra bottle of nic to my order just in case, but I honesty believe taxes are in our future, not a ban.

I do, too,but also the regulation of how much nicotine we're " allowed"!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I will NOT stand for that!

This just arrived from Myfreedomsmokes.com. They were recommended by Wizard Labs. I'm impressed, shipped in glass bottles (not plastic like WL) so they will go directly into the freezer. I ordered these on Thursday last week, so super quick Standard UPS shipping too.

This, my REOs and my soon to arrive RBA are essentially both of my middle fingers up to whomever wants to tell me that Nicorette, chantix, and the patch are the only things I can use in lieu of Marlboro lights to get my nicotine.

I am going down the RBA road because I tried to order 100 supershort cartos form Hoosier and they were out of stock. Didnt want cartos to be the weak link in my plight against the FDA. Additionally, The cost of the RBA was significantly less than 2 years worth of cartos.

Funny thing is, I've been pondering this as well. Glad I read this before posting my own thread.

To quote Oliver Wendell Holmes (a long dead legal dude with a .....in' moustache) "The power to tax is the power to destroy." And I have no doubts or reservations that Uncle Fed is going to royally screw this thing of ours up, or drive it to the grave. I've got enough quality mods, rebuildables, juice and expendables to last roughly six months. If the :censored: truly hits the fan, I'll gradually cut down to zero nic and wean off entirely.

I'm NOT going back to analogs or pay the government a hefty sum to continue vaping.

We keep a healthy supply of nic, base and flavoring around here...but more because we like to be prepared in general for anything...a friend or family member in need, invasion by aliens, or the zombie apocolypse. Just kidding. Honestly, I don't believe for one moment that the FDA is going to ban any of this stuff. It's too late for that...the industry is too big, there is too much data supporting the industry now and big tobacco is already on board. The way I see it, they're just analyzing the best way to attach a tax to the industry and add some regulation based upon the testing that big tobacco will pay for because they have the money to do so. I'm of the mind that this is more of a finely choreographed dance for the benefit of "joe public" while they get their ducks in order. Don't be fooled...the FDA is a business...and I'm going to stop there before I start stepping up a bunch of soap boxes.

We appreciate your support of the little guys rhapsodies...The dance is what will put an end to the creative minds that look to make their own footprints in this ever evolving industry. With so much heart and soul put into the little guys' businesses, it would be a shame to squash that with the hand of big gov't regulation. I am afraid that the industry will be swallowed up by those who can withstand the high cost and jump through those hoops. Big industry is not what we need. We need honesty and accountability to be the headliners of this movement. If all suppliers can keep true to the standards we all deem necessary, without government intervention, then we shouldn't need to be intervened upon. Those that sell to minors, those that use unsafe manufacturing processes, those that put consumers at risk could be regulated by the consumer, not government. All it would take is the consumer to stop buying products from such individuals. Companies could be blacklisted and would be out of business quickly, without the aid of the FDA or government inspectors. The important factor would be the transparency of all companies regarding their manufacture process and ingredients.
